Description
The present invention relates to an edge type LED flat panel lamp installed on the ceiling for indoor lighting of houses, buildings, buildings, etc., and more specifically, to reduce the time and effort required when directly installed on the ceiling finishing surface of an indoor space. It is about an edge-type light emitting diode ceiling lamp that can be easily and safely installed by a worker alone, as well as stably maintaining the installation state.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Various types of lighting lamps are used today to provide light at night or in a dark room or to illuminate an object. In particular, LED lights that use light emitting diodes as a light source not only save energy because they consume less power than incandescent or fluorescent lights, but also are solid, long-life and environmentally friendly, unlike existing light sources, as a solid-state point light source. Due to the nature of phosphorus, there are significant advantages in terms of maintenance and the like.
However, lighting in the form of a simple combination of light emitting diodes emits optically clear monochromatic light, causing discomfort glare and eye fatigue to users. It is important to combine an appropriate lens or light guide plate to have light distribution.
Recently, by properly maintaining the distance between the light emitting diode and the light guide plate that diffuses the light, the light of the point light source generated from the light emitting diode is changed to the light of the surface light source (the light source in which the light emitting part diffuses into a plane) through the light guide plate. Flat lamps have been developed in various forms to replace the existing fluorescent lamps.
These LED flat lamps are generally classified into a direct-lighting type and an edge-lighting type according to a method in which light emitting diodes are arranged and a direct and emitting direction of light.
The direct type has limitations in slimness because it requires a separate space for using the power supply unit (PSU) and the problem that LED dots are visible on the light emitting surface when the thickness of the product is reduced.
The side-emitting type has a relatively thin thickness by arranging the position of the light emitting diode on the side, and is advantageous in slimming and thinning the product and maintains long lifespan characteristics, so it has recently become a trend for large-area flat-type flat plates.
Examples of LED flat lamps according to the prior art include Patent Literatures 1 to 7 and the like.
In order to directly install such a conventional LED flat lamp on the ceiling surface, first draw out the wire wired to the ceiling, cut it to an appropriate length, and peel off the sheath, and then another worker holds the LED flat lamp while one worker holds it. Connect the wires to the PSU (Power Supply Unit) attached to the upper surface (the surface facing the ceiling), which consists of a constant current circuit for converting high-voltage alternating current into low-voltage direct current and supplying constant current to LEDs. After connecting, the LED flat lamp must be fixed to the ceiling by driving screws into the rim one by one while keeping it in close contact with the ceiling surface.
For this reason, not only is the installation quite inconvenient and difficult, but also requires two or more workers, which increases the installation cost due to the burden of labor costs, and the convenience and efficiency of the work when installed on the ceiling surface are inevitably reduced.
In addition, in the case of houses such as apartments, due to the nature of the ceiling finishing surface being made of gypsum board with weak bearing capacity, first accurately locate the attachment position of the LED flat lamp on the ceiling, drive a gypsum anchor, and then attach the LED flat lamp to the ceiling finishing surface using screws, etc. It needs to be fixed, but at this time, it is very difficult and difficult to accurately position the anchor for gypsum on the wide ceiling finishing surface with a heavy LED flat light.
Accordingly, recently, a method of inserting marks into the holes of the four corners of the LED flat lamp and pressing the mark against the ceiling is displayed on the finished surface of the ceiling, and a method of driving plaster anchors there has been proposed.
However, after receiving the anchors for plaster, the screws are passed through the holes in the four corners of the LED flat panel lamp to tighten the anchors with the plaster one by one, so the installation is still quite laborious and inconvenient, and the design aesthetics due to the exposure of the screws or the holes to penetrate them There is a limit to the deterioration of the senses.
In addition, during inspection or maintenance of the LED flat lamp, there is a problem that is accompanied by the hassle and inconvenience of unscrewing and then tightening the screws one by one.
Meanwhile, Korean Utility Model Registration Publication No. 20-0447906 discloses a lighting device in which a bracket is first installed on the ceiling and then a light emitting diode module is inserted and fixed thereto.
However, after fixing the bracket to the ceiling with screws, it is necessary to fix it individually with a fixing means consisting of 4 bolts and nuts with the light emitting diode module mounted on both ends of the bracket. In the case of a general house where the ceiling finish surface is usually finished with a single plywood because it must be inserted into the ceiling, the installation process is very complicated and inconvenient, such as destroying the intact ceiling finish surface, and takes a lot of time. .
The background art or prior art described above herein is information possessed by the present inventor or acquired in the process of deriving the present invention, and is only intended to help understand the technical significance of the present invention, prior to the filing of the present invention, the technology to which this invention belongs It is revealed that it does not mean widely known technology in the field, and reference numerals in the prior art are irrelevant to the reference numerals in the present invention.
Therefore, the present inventor comprehensively considers the above-mentioned matters and at the same time, in order to solve the technical limitations and problems of the existing LED flat light technology, the convenience and efficiency of work are improved by reducing the time and effort required for direct installation on the ceiling surface. In order to develop a new structured LED flat light that can be easily and safely installed by a worker alone, and can maintain a solid and stable state installed on the ceiling to prevent gravity from falling from the ceiling, As a result of research, I came up with this design.
Therefore, the technical problem and purpose to be solved by the present invention is to provide an LED flat light that can be simply and easily installed in the correct position of the ceiling by the operator alone.
Another technical problem and object to be solved by the present invention is to provide an LED flat light that can maintain a solid and stable state installed on the ceiling.
Here, the technical problems and objects to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the technical problems and objects mentioned above, and other technical problems and objects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
Specific means according to an aspect of the present invention for effectively achieving a specific technical purpose while embodying a new idea for solving the technical problem of the present invention as described above, the edge frame is coupled to the edge of the light panel A lighting body, a bracket fixed to the ceiling surface to support the lighting body and made of a magnetic material, a magnet fixed by bolting to both edge frames of the lighting body side by side through a through hole drilled in the center, and the magnet of the bracket A guide hole drilled at a corresponding position smaller than the diameter of the magnet, a slider protruding from the head of the bolt higher than the thickness of the guide hole, and a latch integrally formed on the top of the slider that is smaller than the diameter of the guide hole and larger than the diameter of the slider , A mount hole formed to communicate with one side of the guide hole and gradually narrow in width toward the direction away from the guide hole so that the slider is slid and the latch is caught on the bracket when the lighting body falls. Suggests an LED flat lamp characterized by employing including.
As a result, the present invention can be quickly, easily, simply, and safely installed at the exact attachment position of the ceiling by one worker alone, thereby reducing the time, manpower, and cost required for direct installation on the ceiling surface, improving the convenience and efficiency of installation work, as well as improving the ceiling It can maintain the installed state firmly and stably, preventing it from falling due to gravity.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a catch protrudes from the inner surface of the mount hole, causing direct contact with the slider or interference with each other, so that the installed state on the ceiling is more firmly and stably maintained, and gravity from the ceiling fall can be reliably prevented.
According to the technical idea and embodiment of the present invention, on which a unique solution is based to solve the above technical problem, the bracket is fixed by driving screws in a state of being in close contact with the ceiling surface, and the lighting body It can be installed directly on the ceiling surface by simply inserting the slider and latch mounted on the bracket into the guide hole.
That is, due to the magnetic force of the magnet mounted on the edge of the lighting body, the lighting body can be temporarily installed in a suspended state on the bracket, and the lighting body can be maintained in a fixed state by sliding the slider along the mount hole.
Therefore, a single worker can easily, conveniently, and safely install it on the ceiling surface, reducing the fatigue of installation work and improving convenience and efficiency. In addition, it can shorten the time required for installation and significantly reduce installation manpower and costs (labor costs). there is.
Moreover, not only does the light main body stably maintain its installed state on the ceiling surface with the magnetic force of the magnet, but also the latch is secondarily caught on the bracket even if the light main body overcomes the magnetic force (attractive force) between the magnet and the bracket by its own weight or external force and is separated from the bracket. Falling due to gravity from the ceiling can be prevented.
Furthermore, since the attraction between the magnet and the bracket acts while the latch of the lighting body passes through the guide hole of the bracket, and the slide is moved by the guide of the slider and the mount hole, the light panel of the lighting body is installed on the ceiling surface. It is possible to easily and naturally match the positions of the guide hole and the latch, which are hidden from view, so that a single worker can simply and easily install them in the correct position on the ceiling.
Here, the effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims.
