Description

폴리우레탄 수지가 배합된 기능성 한지의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조되는 한지{Manufacturing method of functional korean paper comprising polyurethane resin and the products thereof}Manufacturing method of functional Korean paper containing polyurethane resin and Korean paper manufactured thereby

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional Korean paper and Korean paper produced by the method, and more specifically, by proposing a configuration for manufacturing Korean paper using a material in which Korean paper pulp and polyurethane resin are mixed, greatly simplifying the Korean paper manufacturing process A method for producing functional Korean paper blended with a polyurethane resin that can not only significantly improve the strength, tissue density, and flexibility of Korean paper itself, but also can very easily produce a composite sheet with enhanced durability and bonding strength and Korean paper produced thereby.

Hanji is an eco-friendly paper manufactured using the bark of mulberry trees as a raw material. It has excellent performance in texture as well as breathability and heat retention. In addition, the unique pattern of Korean paper has excellent design characteristics and is treated as a very attractive material for the manufacture of certain types of products where aesthetics are important, such as shoes, wallets, or clothes or bags.

However, despite the excellent performance and beautiful aesthetics, Korean paper has a problem in that the tear strength and tensile strength are too low, and it is also vulnerable to moisture and thus deforms such as torn or warped when exposed to moisture for a long time. Moreover, since the structure of Korean paper itself has a multi-layered structure, separation or peeling occurs, which limits its direct application to various products.

For this purpose, a method of applying or impregnating one side of Korean paper with a polyurethane resin to reinforce the strength of Korean paper and applying it to various products, or forming an adhesive layer on Korean paper and then bonding fabrics, etc. has been proposed. However, in all of these, the manufacturing process is basically complicated, and in that the resin or adhesive layer does not penetrate deeply into the Korean paper tissue, conventional problems such as peeling are not fundamentally solved when applying the product.

A preferred embodiment according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as follows. In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, there is no direct relation to the technical features of the present invention, or it is common in the technical field to which the present invention pertains. For matters that are obvious to those with the knowledge of

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional Korean paper blended with a polyurethane resin and functional Korean paper manufactured by the method, comprising the steps of preparing Korean paper pulp, making the first and second Korean paper materials, molding, and drying It is characterized by Hereinafter, each of these steps will be described in detail.

First, prepare Korean paper pulp. Hanji pulp can be obtained by cutting mulberry trees to a certain size, then steaming and pulverizing them. In this case, the Korean paper pulp may be composed of not only solid powder but also liquid pulp containing water.

When the Korean paper pulp is prepared, it is mixed with a polyurethane resin to make the first Korean paper material. The polyurethane resin to be blended is preferably made of a liquid, and may be made of any one of an oil-based resin or a water-based resin.

Polyurethane resin blended with Korean paper pulp is a means for integrating Korean paper pulp by penetrating between the Korean paper pulps. When the polyurethane resin is blended with the Korean paper pulp according to the present invention, the bonding force between the Korean paper pulps is remarkably increased and it can have a more dense tissue structure, and furthermore, it has more flexibility and improved strength due to the characteristics of the resin.

When the first Korean paper material is made by mixing Korean paper pulp and polyurethane resin, it is mixed to make the second Korean paper material. The mixing process can be done with a mixer, and in this case, the Korean paper pulp is pulverized into very small particles and completely mixed with the polyurethane resin to form a paste state.

When the secondary Korean paper material in a pasted state is made, the secondary Korean paper material is continuously fed between the rolls facing each other. A certain interval is formed between the rolls, and when the second Korean paper material is input at the interval between the rolls, a Korean paper sheet of a certain thickness is made by the interval between the rolls. The gap between the rolls can be arbitrarily adjusted.

In the case of manufacturing Korean paper in the prior art, the process of spraying the pulp liquid to the top surface of a continuous conveyor and removing the moisture contained in the pulp liquid is followed. The process can be omitted. However, if the Korean paper pulp mixed with the first Korean paper material is made of a liquid containing water, a process of removing moisture may be added.

It passes between the rotating rolls, and when a Korean paper sheet molded to a certain thickness according to the gap between the rolls is made, it is dried by applying heat. When heat is applied to the Korean paper sheet molded to a certain thickness, moisture or solvent contained in the pasted Korean paper sheet is evaporated, and the Korean paper pulp is integrated with the polyurethane resin.

Drying of the Korean paper sheet may be accomplished using a conventional hot air dryer or drying chamber, and drying may be performed within the range of 80°C to 90°C. However, it goes without saying that the drying temperature may vary depending on the type of resin and the content of the resin and moisture or solvent.

When Korean paper is made through this process, the Korean paper pulp located inside the Korean paper is very firmly integrated by the polyurethane resin. Accordingly, the strength of the Korean paper itself is very high, so that it is possible to fundamentally prevent a part of the surface of the Korean paper from being peeled off from the Korean paper tissue, and the tissue is dense, so it is hardly affected by moisture.

In addition, in manufacturing application products such as bags or shoes using the composite sheet grafted with Korean paper, when the composite sheet is manufactured using an adhesive material having characteristics similar to the resin mixed with Korean paper, the conventional composite sheet has It is possible to neatly solve the root problem.

In the above description, limited to preferred embodiments of the present invention, this is only an example, the present invention is not limited thereto and can be changed and implemented in various ways, and further, separate technical features are provided based on the disclosed technical idea. It will be obvious that it can be implemented in addition.
