Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a multi-fiber spectroscopic analysis apparatus for measuring a large-area sample, and more particularly, a micro-large-area sample measurement that simultaneously measures and detects spectroscopic information and spatial information from laser-induced fluorescence and Raman signals using a fiber bundle. It relates to a multi-fiber spectroscopic analysis device for
The importance of quality analysis on large-area samples used in real devices is very high.
Mapping spectroscopy is a method of measuring spectroscopic information without losing spatial information of a sample. However, this analysis method has a disadvantage in that it takes a long time by using a two-dimensional scanning method. To solve this problem, it should be possible to simultaneously measure spatial information for a large-area sample.
For this purpose, there is a method of obtaining spatial and spectroscopic information using a plurality of optical channels and a plurality of mirrors as an existing method. However, it is difficult to align the optical axis for each channel and there is a size limitation. Another method is to measure the spectral signal by rotating the filter wheel. However, as a spark occurs due to the rotation of the motor, the signal-to-noise ratio decreases, making accurate measurement difficult.

The extracted signal is transmitted through an optical fiber and condensed while passing through an achromatic lens having a short focal length.
Each optical fiber is collected by a spectrometer and corresponds to the longitudinal sensor of the charge-coupled device, so that multiple measurements (multi-point; large area) and analysis are possible at the same time.
An example of the spectrum analyzed by the spectrometer is the same as the chart shown in the lower left of FIG. 1 (horizontal axis Raman shift, vertical axis intensity).
Through the above configuration, it is possible to measure PL (Photoluminescence) over a large area, and by remarkably reducing the measurement time, it is possible to quickly proceed with PL analysis of the sample.
On the other hand, it can be used as a method of simultaneously measuring the light emission signals for a plurality of samples.
In the above description, fluorescence may mean 'fluorescence and/or Raman signal'.
In addition, when the distance between the optical fiber from the sample increases, the light is scattered and the signal efficiency decreases. Accordingly, it is preferable to configure the distance between the end of the optical fiber and the sample to be between 5 mm and 10 mm.
When the distance between the optical fiber bundles is too close, signal interference occurs from adjacent samples, making it difficult to accurately detect a signal. Therefore, it is preferable to arrange each optical fiber of the optical fiber bundle on the sample so as to be spaced apart from each other by 5 mm to 10 mm.
