제모기를 이용하여 7주령된 C57BL/6 암컷 마우스의 등 부위에 자란 털을 모두 제거하였으며, 털을 제모하는 과정 중 피부에 상처가 난 마우스는 실험에서 제외하여 3마리의 마우스를 사용하여 실험하였다. 제모한 마우스에게 상기 실시예 2의 흑삼릉 발효물을 일반 사료(AIN-93G)에 200 mg/kg 농도로 혼합하여 제공하였다. 7주 동안 제공하였으며 매 주마다 제모한 마우스의 털이 자라는 정도를 관찰하였다. 양성대조군으로는 시중에서 판매되고 있는 탈모방지용 약용효모추출물을 200 mg/kg 농도로 사료에 첨가하여 제공하였다.All hairs growing on the back of 7-week-old C57BL/6 female mice were removed using an epilator, and mice with skin wounds during hair removal were excluded from the experiment and 3 mice were used.
