Claims (19)

상기 제2 관통홀들과 연결되며 상기 다이싱 테이프를 상기 상부 패널 상에 진공 흡착하기 위하여 상기 관통홀들 중 나머지에 진공을 제공하기 위한 진공 제공부를 포함하되,
상기 관통홀들 및 상기 제2 관통홀들은 복수의 행과 열의 형태로 배열되고, 상기 제2 관통홀들의 하부 피치는 상기 제2 관통홀들의 상부 피치보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 다이 이젝터.an upper panel in close contact with the lower surface of the dicing tape and having a plurality of through-holes;
