Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an analysis apparatus and method for analyzing and displaying a defect in a pipe.
Pipes are corroded over time and can be damaged depending on the surrounding environment. In order to prevent accidents that occur due to this, it is necessary to periodically check the condition of the pipes. However, since the pipe is buried underground or a fluid always flows therein, when inspecting the pipe, it should be possible to check the condition of the pipe without disconnecting the pipe.

Method), and Remote Field Eddy Current Testing.
On the other hand, in order to measure the thickness or defects of the pipe using the non-destructive inspection technology, the sensing module that detects a signal that varies depending on the thickness of the pipe must be in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the pipe to increase reliability and accuracy.

The conventional technique was a method of displaying the data received during non-destructive inspection with a single module equipped with a plurality of Hall sensors, and calling the analysis result of FIG. 9 by the user dragging the area of interest for defect analysis. It has an advantage in that it provides the user with defects quickly by simply moving it in one direction, but since it cannot contain all the location information of the cylinder called the
This method is somewhat inconvenient to use in that it is displayed in a single direction. In addition, there is a inconvenience in that the user needs to see the detailed signal in a manner of zooming in/out of the screen. In addition, since the conventional method does not contain information on the shape of the
The analysis apparatus of the present invention can distinguish the maximum size of the sensing signal by developing a three-dimensional display program and classifying the pipe shape information by color. In addition, the analysis apparatus of the present invention may provide an estimation program for identifying and analyzing a detailed sensing signal for a region selected by the user.
The signal output through the non-destructive test is output to the x-axis (circumferential distance), y-axis (piping direction movement distance), and z-axis (sensor signal: Volt), and if this signal is expressed in 2D (2D), the pipe It is difficult to intuitively determine the presence or absence of my flaws. In order to include the shape information of the pipe, the Cartesian coordinate system (x,y) is changed to the polar coordinate system (r,θ), the Peak-To-Peak value is calculated based on the base line of the sensor signal, and the user If the ROI is selected, the defect of the pipe can be analyzed and displayed in a way that calls the defect signal secondarily.

The
8 is a flowchart illustrating an analysis method of the present invention.
The analysis method illustrated in FIG. 8 may be performed by the analysis apparatus illustrated in FIG. 1 .
The analysis method of the present invention includes an acquisition step (S 510), a filtering step (S 520), a conversion step (S 530), a stereoscopic step (S 540), a selection step (S 550), a sensor signal call step (S 560), It may include an estimation step (S580) and an estimation result transmission step (S590). A defect determination step (S570) performed by the user before the estimation step (S580) may be added.
In the acquiring step ( S510 ), raw data including at least one of pipe information sensing a pipe and driving information sensing a driving unit moving along the pipe may be acquired.
Raw data means raw signal data that is not pre-processed obtained through an experiment. The data secured in the present invention are signals from 42 Hall sensors from two non-destructive inspection modules, encoder 113 (Encoder) information corresponding to the angle value rotated by the non-destructive inspection module in the circumferential direction of the pipe, and the robot or driving part is piped. It may include a total of 20 or more pieces of information, including odometer 111 (Odometer) information corresponding to a distance value moved in the longitudinal direction, period information for receiving data, and the like.
The filtering step ( S520 ) may filter raw data. The filtering step may be performed by a pre-processing means provided in the
본 발명에서 센싱부(110)는 DCT(Discrete Consine Transform) 필터를 사용하여 전처리를 수행할 수 있다. The raw data signal has noise in the signal itself, and since the reference point is not the same, it needs to be corrected. In the present invention, the
In the conversion step ( S530 ), the unit of the filtered raw data may be converted. The conversion step may be performed by a pre-processing means provided in the
The data received from the raw data is filtered and then converted into a unit that can be analyzed. Since Gauss is used as the signal value of the defect analysis using the magnetic leakage method, the
The three-dimensionalizing step ( S540 ) may generate and display a three-dimensional three-dimensional shape of the pipe using raw data. The three-dimensionalization step may be performed by the generating
The
In the selection step S550 , a partial selection region of the three-dimensional shape may be determined, and unit-converted defect-related two-dimensional information may be displayed on the selected region. The selection step may be performed by the
By viewing color information according to the maximum signal size displayed in three dimensions, the user can select an area to perform defect analysis. In this way, the area selected by the user may correspond to the selection area. The selection area to perform defect analysis can be determined by dragging with a mouse on the screen.
The sensor signal calling step ( S560 ) may be performed by the
The defect determination step ( S570 ) may be performed by the user.
All non-destructive analysis programs may proceed at the discretion of the user. If a signal indicating a defect is included in the two-dimensional signal of the selected area, the user may click the button to perform the defect estimation algorithm to request the analysis device to derive the analysis result. The analysis result can be output as length Length (mm), width Width (mm), and depth Depth (mm) values for the size of the defect. If it is determined that there is no defect signal in the selected region, the user may select another part of the three-dimensional shape.
In the estimating step ( S580 ), when a request for estimating a defect for the selected area is received, at least one of a length, a width, and a depth of a defect existing in the selected area may be estimated. The estimation step may be performed by the

5 is an algorithm for estimating the longitudinal direction of a pipe, and is a method of estimating the size of a defect by measuring the size (S 620) based on the leaked magnetic voltage value (S 610) obtained from the Hall sensor. The reference of the length may be an actual pipe length measured using the
6 is an algorithm for estimating the circumferential direction of a pipe. It is a method of estimating the size of a defect by measuring its size based on a leaked magnetic voltage value (S710) obtained from a Hall sensor (S720). Although the same method as the length estimation algorithm, a process of merging the information (S750) of the mechanical element and the signal (S740) of the Hall sensor is required due to the arrangement of the Hall sensor. The width of the defect may be estimated using the peak-to-peak voltage value (S640) and the threshold value (S650).
(S 880).7 is an algorithm for estimating the reduced depth of the defect in the z-axis direction from the reference thickness of the pipe. The algorithm is already learned through the maximum signal magnitude equation using the acquired Hall sensor sensing signal (S 810), Hall sensor peak value (S 820), estimated length (S 830), and width (S 840) values The depth reduced from the reference thickness can be estimated by applying the depth equation (S860) based on the look-up-table (S870) made by . If necessary, the set value of the peak value may be adjusted (S850), or the lookup table and the adjusted value may be normalized and averaged (S880).
Through the present invention, the point where all the shape information of the pipe cannot be expressed, which is a problem with the conventional two-dimensional display and analysis in one direction, and the point where the measurement is performed on the three-dimensional coordinates when performing the three-dimensional inspection through the present invention Difficulty in understanding has been improved. In addition, the color is displayed first based on the maximum signal level, and the user can select and identify a partial area by dragging it from the entire area. Through the present invention, the analysis speed of the non-destructive inspection can be improved, and the user can intuitively recognize the defect.
