In general, when transporting the product, it is recommended to pack the product to prevent damage or deformation of the product. As a packaging method, it is put in a box with a size similar to the size of the product, and then the product is protected by absorbing the shock using a cushioning material.
However, at present, the packaging cases and cushioning materials used to protect products using the above method are mainly made of soft plastic or Styrofoam, which causes serious environmental pollution such as sea pollution by microplastics, thereby contributing to the ecosystem and the earth. threaten the environment.
Accordingly, the development of packaging cases using eco-friendly materials such as biodegradable plastics, starch, pulp and paper is urgently required. However, it is difficult to mold into the required shape, and there are still many difficulties in manufacturing to have appropriate strength for various uses. .

First, in one embodiment of the present application, in the manufacturing method of the packaging paper case, referring to FIG. 1 , the
In one embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG. 2 , the center line may be formed vertically. (It is used as a reference for the direction to be described below.)
In one embodiment of the present application, the both
In one embodiment of the present application, the
In one embodiment of the present application, the
In one embodiment of the present application, the
In one embodiment of the present application, the paper may be a paper coated on at least one side. That is, general paper has low strength and is easily torn by external impact, so when press-molding, it is easy to rupture in the process of pressing using a mold device, and very difficult to mold into a specific shape may occur. . Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the paper according to the present invention may be to use a paper coated on at least one side. Paper coated with such a coating can be a suitable material as a packaging material for a product if oil or moisture penetrates depending on the surrounding conditions at any time before, during, or after the object is stored in the space, and a paper cup for drinking water or beverages. It goes without saying that, as it has almost no toxicity to the human body, it can be a suitable material for food packaging as well.
In one embodiment of the present application, the paper may be made of a long fiber material. Long fibers are very long fibers that are continuous, and paper made of such long fibers has a higher strength against external force than paper made of short fibers, so it is torn due to external force applied through the mold device. However, it may have an effect of preventing the burst phenomenon.
Preferably, the paper of the long fiber material may be "cup paper", which is a paper base used for manufacturing paper cups, and more preferably, cup paper having a thicker thickness than that applied in manufacturing a general paper cup may be used. there is.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the step of forming the space, the space may correspond to a pillar-shaped packaging object. The space serves to fix the packaging object so that it does not move and to absorb the impact of the packaging object applied from the impact caused by an external force. Because damage to the product may occur, it is preferable to provide it in a shape corresponding to the packaging object so that there is no separation, and it is not limited thereto. It will be possible to protect the product by filling the cushioning material after loading.
In one embodiment of the present application, each
In one embodiment of the present application, the
In one embodiment of the present application, the paper may be provided with an adhesive. In general, paper is a material with restoring force, and when a sheet of paper or a plurality of papers are simply laminated and molded, the shape is not maintained and there is a high probability of being distorted or returned to the original shape. In response to this, if paper is adhered/laminated using an adhesive as in the present application and then heat is applied through the mold during press molding to melt the adhesive and then harden again, the case molded by the adhesive force and adhesion maintains its shape. be able to In this case, when the packaging case is molded using an adhesive, it can have superior strength characteristics compared to the case where the adhesive is not used, and waterproofness can be imparted to the packaging case through the coating effect of the adhesive, so that it is usable even in a humid environment. can increase

A paper for manufacturing a paper case for packaging, comprising: a
Although a detailed description of the overlapping parts of the first aspect of the present application is omitted, the description of the first aspect of the present application may be equally applied even if the description thereof is omitted in the second aspect.
In one embodiment of the present application, each of the
In one embodiment of the present application, the
