Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a thermal spraying method, and more particularly, to a thermal spraying method using a composite bonded body having a physical bonding tool for forming a metal film on the surface of an object by spraying a molten coating metal with compressed air.
Thermal spraying is a technology for forming a metal film on the surface of an object by sending a molten metal for a film to the surface of an object by spraying compressed air. Thermal spraying is applied to the surface of the base material for the purpose of improving corrosion resistance, fire resistance, weather resistance, and abrasion resistance.
Depending on the type of heat source, Gas Flame Thermal Spray using a flame, Arc Thermal Spray using an arc heat source, Plasma Thermal Spray using a plasma jet, Detonation thermal Spray, vacuum plasma There are Vacuum Plasma Spray, High Velocity Oxy-Fuel Spray, and Cold spray, which have been tried relatively recently.
In any case, the formation of a surface film is required to maintain the expected lifespan and function even in an environment where the base material is difficult to withstand.
In this regard, reference may be made to prior art documents such as Korean Patent Publication No. 1927280 and Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-0127719.
In the former case, metal is sprayed on the surface of the substrate, and a silicone compound mixture containing an alkoxy group, a glycid group, and a high molecular alkyl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms and hexamethyl-based polyisocyanate are blended into a thermal sprayed coating formed by thermal spraying. Impregnate and harden the one-component paint. Accordingly, the strength of the thermal spray coating is enhanced, and the strength of the adhesion to the surface is increased.
However, there is a limit to the applicable coating material, so it has a limit that cannot be applied to thermal spraying as a whole.
The latter contains at least a ternary ceramic, binary molybdenum boride, at least one of binary borides of Cr, Fe, Ni, W and Co, and nano- and sub-micro-sized boron nitride, wherein the thermal spray coating prepared from a powder The main crystalline phase is ternary ceramics, and the secondary phase is binary ceramics. Accordingly, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and excellent friction properties of molten metal at low and high temperatures are expected.
However, the high-temperature ceramic composite material has a disadvantage in that it is difficult to fuse because the difference in bonding energy between the base material and the thermal spray material is too large.
It is an object of the present invention to improve the conventional problems as described above, not only to form a surface film that maintains life expectancy and function even in an environment where the base material is difficult to withstand, but also increases the physical bonding force with the film material, so that the coating can be performed only by surface bonding. Another object that was difficult to maintain is to provide a thermal spraying method using a composite joint having a physical joint that can be used as a coating material.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a composite bonded body composed of a low-melting-point base material and a high-melting-point junction between a base material and a film member, and the junction is formed with a splice section, an irregular splice network, a regular stator network, and a carbon nanocrystal. It is characterized in that it is composed of any one or two or more types selected from the tube.
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, it is characterized in that after the composite assembly is applied to the surface of the base material, the coating member is applied to the surface of the composite assembly.
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, when the film member is a material having a low melting point lower than that of the steel rod, it is characterized in that a joint selected from among the steel wire, irregular wire mesh, and regular wire wire is used.
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, when the coating member is a material having a high melting point, it is characterized in that carbon nanotubes having a length of 1.0 to 2.0 times the thickness of the composite assembly are used.
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the base material of the composite bonded body is characterized in that it contains 10% or more of the main components of the base material and has a melting point lower than 90% of the melting point of the base material.
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the melting point of the coating member is characterized in that it is maintained within 10% of the melting point of the composite bonded body.
As described above, according to the present invention, since the bonding strength can be increased by physically attaching the base material and the coating member with a composite bonding body, thermal spraying of the coating member, which is generally difficult to bond, is possible, and there is an effect that can be used as a coating material of different materials. .

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings.
The present invention proposes a thermal spray coating method in which a coating material is melted and attached to a base material. Due to the nature of thermal spraying, it is difficult to secure sufficient bonding strength for heterogeneous coating materials that are difficult to fuse to the surface of the base material, and thus are easily detached.
The base material is generally an alloy consisting of a single phase, and the main component must be at least 70%. It is desirable that the additional components of the base material do not exceed the solubility limit of the main component so as not to become a multiphase alloy.
For example, in general, propellers of commercial ships mostly consist of a single phase of Ni-Al-Bronze (NAB). Among the additional components to increase strength, Ni 1.0~4.0%, Al 6.5~10.0%, Fe 0.5~ It constitutes 3.0%, and Cu, the main component that makes up most of the rest, forms at least 85% or more. A precipitation phase for partial reinforcement may be distributed in the matrix of the base material, but the interior and surface must form the same single phase.
Coating materials for thermal spraying are low-melting metals such as Ti(C, N), SiC, metal alloys, chromium (Cr), steel, zinc, Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy, ceramics, and cermet. ), polymers, etc. In general, in the case of a high melting point film, problems such as thermal deformation of the base material due to high-temperature molten paper, cracks in the joint or base material, and deterioration of physical properties due to melt dilution may occur. In addition, since it is difficult to fuse the high-melting-point high hardness coating (ceramics, etc.) with the metal base material, it is recommended to add a process of forming a binder between the two layers to easily form the thermal spray coating directly on the base material.
According to the present invention, a composite bonded
Referring to FIG. 1 , the
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, it is characterized in that after the
In FIG. 1 , the process sequence of the thermal spray coating based on the pre-processor 20 and the
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, when the
The
On the other hand, the coating
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, when the
In FIG. 2(d) , the
At this time, in the present invention, the appropriate amount of CNT used is an appropriate value to place one CNT in an area corresponding to the square of the thickness of the
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the
The
Handy lay-up, Spray-up, flament winding, lining, bulk moulding compound, cold press, pultrusion 등의 저온 공정을 통한 세라믹과 폴리머의 조합으로써 FRP(Fiber reinforced plastics)가 대표적이다. In general, the coating
According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the melting point of the
In the third step process of FIG. 1 , the coating
