In addition, the first tube P1 and the second tube P2 may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other in the first direction (X-axis direction). In addition, the temperature of the first fluid E1 may be lower than the temperature of the second fluid E2 . Accordingly, the first pipe P1 may be a low temperature part, and the second pipe P2 may be a high temperature part. Accordingly, the first substrate of the thermoelectric element adjacent to the first tube P1 and heat is conducted from the first tube P1 becomes a low-temperature part, and is adjacent to the second tube P2 and heats from the second tube P2. The second substrate of the conductive thermoelectric element may be a high-temperature portion. Hereinafter, it will be described based on this.
The first adjustment unit LB1 may be coupled to the first tube P1 . The first control unit LB1 may control the amount of the first fluid E1 flowing in the first pipe P1 . The first adjusting unit LB1 is driven by a rotational force by a user, and the first pipe P1 may be opened or closed or an area may be decreased or increased in cross-sectional view (YZ plane). Accordingly, for example, when the first fluid E1 flows in the opposite direction to the second direction (Y-axis direction) as shown in the drawing, the amount of the first fluid E1a before passing through the first adjusting unit LB1 and The amount of the first fluid E1b after passing through the first adjusting unit LB1 may be adjusted to be equal to or different from each other.
Similarly, the second adjustment unit LB2 may be coupled to the second tube P2 . The second control unit LB2 may control the amount of the second fluid E2 flowing in the second pipe P2 . The second adjustment unit LB2 is driven by a rotational force by a user, and the second pipe P2 may be opened or closed or an area may be decreased or increased in cross-section (YZ plane). Accordingly, for example, when the second fluid E2 flows in the opposite direction to the second direction (Y-axis direction) as shown in the drawing, the amount of the second fluid E2a before passing through the second adjusting unit LB2 and The amount of the second fluid E2b after passing through the second adjusting unit LB2 may be adjusted to be equal to or different from each other.

For example, when a voltage is applied to the

The P-type

The performance of the thermoelectric element according to an embodiment of the present invention may be expressed as a figure of merit (ZT). The thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) can be expressed as in Equation (1).
Here, α is the Seebeck coefficient [V/K], σ is the electrical conductivity [S/m], and α2σ is the power factor [W/mK2]. And, T is the temperature, and k is the thermal conductivity [W/mK]. k can be expressed as a·cp·ρ, a is the thermal diffusivity [cm2/S], cp is the specific heat [J/gK], and ρ is the density [g/cm3].
In order to obtain the thermoelectric figure of merit of the thermoelectric element, a Z value (V/K) is measured using a Z meter, and a thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) can be calculated using the measured Z value.
Here, the
In addition, the
In this case, the sizes of the
In addition, a heat dissipation pattern, for example, a concave-convex pattern, may be formed on the surface of at least one of the

Here, the
Also, at least one of the
In the present specification, the withstand voltage performance may refer to a characteristic maintained without dielectric breakdown for a predetermined period under a predetermined voltage and a predetermined current. For example, if the voltage of AC 2.5kV and the current of 1mA are maintained without breakdown for 10 seconds, the withstand voltage can be said to be 2.5kV.
In addition, since power is connected to the electrode disposed on the low-temperature side of the

As described above, the first insulating
In this case, the plurality of
In addition, the

And each of the
In addition, each of the
In addition, the first insulating

That is, the coupling member SC may be in contact with the
In addition, when the
Also, since the

As described above, the plurality of thermoelectric elements 1300-1 to 1300-12 may be seated on the first end surface of the first extension part in the first conductive part. In addition, the sealing
The sealing
That is, the sealing
In other words, a plurality of thermoelectric elements 1300-1 to 1300-12 may be positioned inside the sealing
In addition, the plurality of thermoelectric elements 1300-1 to 1300-12 may be positioned so that adjacent thermoelectric elements and the first region of the first substrate face each other. For example, in each of the first thermoelectric element 1300-1 and the fourth thermoelectric element 1300 - 4, the first region of the first substrate may be positioned adjacent to each other. That is, in each of the first thermoelectric element 1300-1 and the fourth thermoelectric element 1300-4, the distance between the first regions may be smaller than the distance between the second regions.
Similarly, in each of the seventh thermoelectric element 1300 - 7 and the tenth thermoelectric element 1300 - 10 , the first region of the first substrate may be positioned adjacent to each other. That is, in each of the seventh thermoelectric element 1300-7 and the tenth thermoelectric element 1300-10b, the distance between the first regions may be smaller than the distance between the second regions. With this configuration, electrical connection between adjacent thermoelectric elements can be easily made. That is, it is possible to improve the power generation performance by minimizing the resistance according to the electrical connection.
Furthermore, the plurality of thermoelectric elements 1300-1 to 1300-12 may be electrically connected to the first wire part LN1 and the second wire part LN2. For example, the first wire part LN1 and the second wire part LN2 may have different polarities.
In addition, the plurality of thermoelectric elements 1300-1 to 1300-12 may be electrically connected to the
In an embodiment, the first wire part LN1 and the second wire part LN2 may be positioned in contact with the first end surface of the first conductive part, and may be spaced apart from the second end surface. Accordingly, the first electric wire part LN1 and the second electric wire part LN2 are in contact with the low temperature part, so that damage due to temperature can be minimized. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent an increase in electrical resistance by reducing a connection distance to the electrode connection part on the first substrate.
Further, the
Also, the
