Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle, and more particularly, to an air conditioner for a vehicle for improving a vertical temperature difference in an air conditioner for a two-layer flow vehicle in which an upper flow path and a lower flow path are partitioned.
In general, an air conditioner for a vehicle is a device that heats or cools a room by introducing external air into a room or circulating air in the room to heat or cool it. A heater core or the like is configured, and the air cooled or heated by the evaporator or the heater core is selectively blown to each part of the vehicle interior.
In particular, in order to maintain a high heating performance while securing defogging performance during heating, a two-layer air conditioner has been developed. Low-humidity cold outside air is effective to remove frost on windows during heating in winter, but it results in a lower indoor temperature.
The two-layer air conditioner effectively removes frost using fresh, low-humidity outdoor air supplied to the upper part by realizing a two-layer air flow that supplies outdoor air to the upper part of the vehicle and circulates bet air to the lower part for defogging during heating. At the same time, it provides fresh outside air to the occupants and supplies warm air to the lower part to maintain high heating performance.

In the following description, the left-right direction in FIG. 3 is the vehicle front-rear direction.
3 to 7 , the air conditioning apparatus for a two-layer flow vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an
A door is provided inside the
A blower unit is provided at the inlet side of the
The cooling heat exchanger includes an
The air flow path of the
A temp door is provided between the
The air flow path of the
The
On the other hand, the
The vehicle air conditioner includes a
That is, the
In addition, the
In detail, a
The heat
In order to solve this problem, the
As such, when the
In more detail, the
Through the configuration of the opening 215 , the flow path of the air guided to the
More specifically, the
For this reason, when assembling the left case and the right case, the
The
Referring to FIG. 4 , the extension line of the end of the
In addition, at an angle at which the
For this reason, in the vent mode in which the
On the other hand, the
The direction of the air guided by the
6 shows the flow of air in the floor mode. Referring to FIG. 6 , the air that has passed through the
In addition, Figure 7 shows the flow of air in the mixing mode. Referring to FIG. 7 , some of the air that has passed through the
For this reason, when the first guide part and the second guide part are not provided, the mixing zone is formed in the "C (dotted line)" part, but as in the present invention, the
Meanwhile, a
That is, the
The air passing through the
More specifically, referring to FIG. 6 , the
Through this configuration, it is possible to smoothly guide the warm air in the warm air flow path toward the
In this structure of the present invention, compared to the structure in which the
8 is an enlarged perspective view of the first guide part and the inside of the air conditioning case according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 8 .
Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9 , a surface rib is formed on the outside of the
More specifically, at least one
10 is a view showing a vent mode of the air conditioner for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 10 , in the vent mode, the
In this case, the cold air passing through the
