Description

흡음패널 및 이를 이용한 사무용 파티션 {A SOUND ABSORBING PANEL AND A SPACE PARTITION USING THE SAME}Sound-absorbing panel and office partition using the same {A SOUND ABSORBING PANEL AND A SPACE PARTITION USING THE SAME}

The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing panel that can be installed in the interior of a building and an office partition using the sound-absorbing panel, and to reinforce the sound-absorbing and flame retardant. In more detail, a front sheet and a rear sheet having through-holes evenly formed on a flat surface, and a honeycomb intermediate material are provided in the middle, but a nonwoven fabric is added between the honeycomb intermediate material and the front and rear sheets.

Recently, not only houses in Korea, but also public institution buildings, and even concert halls, are being transformed into various shapes according to diversified demands. Accordingly, as the interior design of buildings develops into advanced, diversified, and differentiated designs, the importance of interior finishing materials that influence the atmosphere of the interior space is being emphasized.

In addition, the role of sound absorbing material for absorbing indoor noise is essential for interior finishing materials of buildings, and it is becoming an obligation to be made of non-combustible or flame-retardant materials in consideration of the occurrence of a fire.

In order to improve the sound-absorbing performance of such building interior materials, in the case of a general sound-absorbing panel, a plurality of perforations are provided on the surface to reduce the sound, or a shape in which the sound is reflected between the protruding parts by protruding in a certain pattern is required. It is generally made in a form provided with a protrusion and a groove, such as an egg plate.

However, in the case of such a sound-absorbing plate, it is not suitable for use as a building interior material because the appearance is ugly or at least not beautiful. .

Nevertheless, up to now, interior materials for construction that can solve these problems in a sweeping condition have not been developed. As a prior art, Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1574380 (registered on November 27, 2015) has a sound-absorbing sheet including a micro-resonance layer in which a plurality of sound-absorbing holes are formed, and a sound-absorbing soundproofing panel covering the outer surface of the sound-absorbing sheet and the sound-absorbing sheet. is proposing

However, in the above patent, the sound-absorbing sheet cannot solve the problem of dew condensation, it is a weak structure for fire, and the through hole has a structure that is visible from the outside, so there is a problem that there is an aesthetic limitation.

The inventor of the present invention has developed a building interior material with a complex function that can solve all of the sound absorption performance, condensation prevention performance, flame retardancy performance, and beautiful appearance in the sense of mission to develop the best interior material for construction.

The present invention is installed on an indoor wall or used as an interior material for a partition partitioning an indoor space, and has the advantage of enabling a quiet room by absorbing the conversation sound or noise in the room.

A honeycomb intermediate material is provided between the front sheet and the rear sheet, which are evenly provided with through holes, and due to the nonwoven fabric provided between the front sheet and the honeycomb intermediate material, external noise passes through the through holes and the nonwoven fabric by sound wave vibration, and the Even though the sound wave passing through the nonwoven fabric is reflected by the honeycomb intermediate material, it cannot penetrate the nonwoven fabric and is annihilated inside the honeycomb intermediate material.

Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the sound-absorbing panel of the present invention by disassembling. A honeycomb intermediate material is inserted inside the rectangular frame. The honeycomb intermediate material is a material in which a hole is formed in a honeycomb shape in the vertical direction with respect to the plane. The honeycomb intermediate material is sealed in the lateral direction of the through hole.

A first nonwoven fabric and a second nonwoven fabric are attached to both sides of the honeycomb intermediate material in a state in which the honeycomb intermediate material is inserted into the rectangular frame. In addition, a front sheet is attached to the front surface of the first nonwoven fabric and a rear sheet is attached to the rear surface of the second nonwoven fabric.

At this time, the front sheet and the rear sheet are evenly formed through the through holes. In this way, the nonwoven fabric and the sheet material attached to both sides of the honeycomb intermediate material by the square frame maintain a constant shape with respect to the external load.

The sound-absorbing panel of the above structure is to be provided with a connection frame in the square frame in order to be utilized as an office space partition. The connecting frame is for connecting a plurality of adjacent sound-absorbing panels to each other and continuously combining them.

The operating principle of the sound-absorbing panel configured as described above is shown in FIG. 3 . That is, the external noise is sucked through the through hole provided on the outer surface of the sound-absorbing panel in the form of sound waves and penetrates the nonwoven fabric. However, once the absorbed sound wave is reflected inside the honeycomb intermediate material, it is extinguished, or the reflected sound wave is difficult to penetrate through the nonwoven fabric again in a weakened state. In particular, since the nonwoven fabric has a structure in which threads are irregularly intertwined, even if the sound wave has penetrated the nonwoven fabric once, it cannot pass through the nonwoven fabric again and flow out to the outside.

It is preferable that the sound-absorbing panel of the present invention has a through hole penetrating through both the front sheet and the rear sheet on both sides so that the sound absorption is provided on both sides. However, depending on the use, if only one side is provided with sound absorption, there are cases where it is sufficient. That is, when installed on the wall, only one side has sound absorbing properties, so the front sheet is provided with a tong and a nonwoven fabric, but the rear sheet does not have a through hole and it is not even necessary to add a nonwoven fabric.
