실시예 (1)의 동결건조 패치를 - 20°C ~50°C 온도에서 2주간 가혹조건하에서 안정성을 조사하였다. 도 2에 나타난 바와같이 점도, pH, 비중이 2주동안 변화없이 안정하게 나타났다 (도2).The stability of the freeze-dried patch of Example (1) was investigated under severe conditions for 2 weeks at a temperature of -20 °C to 50 °C. 실시예 (2). 피부탄력 효능조사Example (2). Skin elasticity effect study
30~50세 건강한 성인 20명을 대상으로 1주간 3회 빈도로 4주간 사용 후 피부탄력개선효과를 조사하였다. 시험 부위는 안면부위였고 사용전(0주), 사용후 2주, 사용후 4주 피부상태를 Cutometer로 측정하여 피부탄력 개선효과를 조사한결과, 표1과 도3에 나타난 바와같이 사용전(0주) 2주후 1.69%, 4주후 14.2%의 개선효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.The skin elasticity improvement effect was investigated after using it for 4 weeks at a frequency of 3 times a week for 20 healthy adults aged 30-50 years.
