Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for detecting defects in a stroboscope camera, and more particularly, moving a stroboscope camera back and forth to obtain a still image regardless of the vibration of the vibrating body by photographing a vibrating body while emitting a light source at a certain frequency. While taking pictures of a light source irradiated through a number of holes, reading the image and determining whether the stroboscope camera flares are defective, the stroboscope camera solves the problem of not obtaining a still image of the vibrating body due to flare defects. It relates to a defect detection device.
In general, the vocal cords located in the occipital region vibrate about 100 to 300 times per second, and when singing, they vibrate up to 1000 times or more. Accordingly, it is difficult to observe the movement of the vocal cords or its vibration state with the naked eye or a general camera.
Therefore, for observation of the vocal cords, a special camera called a'larryngeal stroboscope camera' is used. The laryngeal stroboscope camera photographs the vibrating state of the vocal cords by emitting a light source at the same frequency as the basic frequency of the vocal cords. That is, when a certain image is exposed to the human eye, an afterimage is left on the retina for about 0.2 seconds, and a still image of the vocal cords is obtained by photographing the vocal cords while emitting a light source at the same frequency as the fundamental frequency of the vocal cords.
Therefore, in such a laryngeal stroboscope camera, the light source and its vibration period are very important. To this end, the frequency of the vocal cords is detected by attaching a sensor to the patient's neck to detect the vibration period of the sensor or by attaching a microphone to the laryngeal endoscope and converting the fundamental frequency of the patient's voice into electromagnetic waves.
On the other hand, the conventional laryngeal stroboscope camera has a problem in that a flare defect in which light is spread occurs due to a crack in the lens or a foreign substance embedded in the lens, so that an accurate image of the vocal cords cannot be obtained.
That is, when the vocal cords are photographed using the laryngeal stroboscope camera, as shown in FIG. 1, the phenomenon of light spreading occurs, so that an accurate image of the vocal cords cannot be obtained, and thus the affected area cannot be accurately identified.
Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and the defect detection device of the stroboscope camera of the present invention is related to the vibration of the vibrating body by photographing the vibrating body while emitting a light source at a certain frequency. The vibrating body stops due to flare defects by taking a picture of a light source irradiated through a number of holes while moving the stroboscope camera back and forth so that a still image can be obtained without a flare, and then reading the image to determine whether the strobe camera has flare defects. The task is to be able to solve the problem of not getting an image.
In order to achieve the above object, an apparatus for detecting a failure of a stroboscope camera of the present invention includes a jig base having an LM guide installed thereon; A light source member having a plurality of light sources to irradiate light toward the stroboscope camera; A light source support member installed at one end of the jig base to support the light source member; A cover plate having a plurality of through-holes corresponding to the light source in a 1:1 manner so that the light of the light source passes, and fixedly installed on the base in front of the light source member; Including a camera fixing jig that moves along the LM guide so as to adjust the distance to the light source and the camera head of the stroboscope camera is installed on the upper side, and the cover plate is photographed using the stroboscope camera while the light source is turned on. It may be configured to determine whether the stroboscope camera is defective through the picture.
In addition, the light source member may be composed of an LED package in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged at regular intervals along the vertical and horizontal directions.
In addition, a plurality of light sources may be arranged in a zigzag shape along the vertical direction in the LED package.
In addition, the distance between the light emitting surface of the LED package and the cover plate may be 2 mm.
In addition, when the photo of the cover plate taken by the stroboscope camera is visually read and the light source appears in a circular shape, it can be determined as normal, and when the light source spreads outward, it can be determined as defective.
In addition, with respect to the picture of the cover plate taken by the stroboscope camera, the software is used to determine good or bad, but the software calculates the concentricity of the light source, and if the concentricity is greater than 0.5, it is judged as normal, and if the concentricity is less than 0.5, it is judged as defective. Can be configured to
The defect detection device of the stroboscope camera of the present invention determines whether a flare is defective through a photograph of a light source irradiated through a plurality of through-holes formed in the cover plate. Therefore, in order to check whether a flare defect has occurred, the stroboscope camera There is no need to remove the lens, and it has the effect of being able to quickly determine whether flare defects have occurred while using a stroboscope camera as well as when a new strobe camera is manufactured.
Accordingly, it is possible to solve the problem of not obtaining a still image of the vibrating body due to the flare defect by quickly solving the flare defect of the stroboscope camera.
In addition, since the cover plate is photographed while moving the stroboscope camera back and forth, it is possible to determine whether there is a defect regardless of the focal length of the lens provided in the stroboscope camera.
In addition, reading errors are minimized by using LEDs as a light source for determining defects.
In addition, since it is possible to determine whether there is a defect by visually reading a picture taken using a stroboscope camera, the defect determination operation becomes easy.
In addition, the accuracy and speed of the judgment work are improved by determining whether a picture taken using a stroboscope camera is defective or not using concentricity judgment software.

And, Figure 5 is a reference diagram showing various head shapes of the stroboscope camera applied to the present invention, Figure 6 is a reference diagram for explaining the good or bad determination using the defect detection device of the stroboscope camera of the present invention, 7 is a reference diagram for explaining a good or bad determination using software in the defect detection apparatus of the stroboscope camera of the present invention.
The device for detecting a failure of a stroboscope camera according to the present invention includes a
The
The
The
The
The failure detection device of the stroboscope camera of the present invention configured as described above determines whether the stroboscope camera is defective through a photograph taken of the cover plate using the stroboscope camera with the LED as the light source turned on.
The
Thereafter, when power is supplied to the
As described above, the picture of the
The above-described concentricity judgment software sets the concentricity of a true circle to 1, calculates the concentricity through calculations for other shapes, and judges as defective when the concentricity differs by 0.5 or more. That is, if the concentricity is 0.5 or more, it is determined as normal, and if the concentricity is less than 0.5, it is determined as defective.
For reference, the results of concentricity treatment of each hole shown in FIG. 6D are shown in Table 1 below.
That is, in the case of the 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th holes where light is spread, the concentricity is calculated to be less than 0.5. In addition, the concentricity determination software calculates concentricity for all holes shown in the photograph, and determines that a flare defect is found if any of the concentricity is less than 0.5.
