Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a clamp for a pipe, and more particularly, to a clamp for a pipe that can easily and firmly fasten a flange formed at an end for a pipe joint of a pipe with a flange of an adjacent pipe.
In general, the pipes used to transport liquid or gas, etc., are respectively flanged at both ends. The flange is for the pipe joint of the pipe, is formed of a ring-shaped plate material and is coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe. These flanges are fastened to the flanges of adjacent pipes by clamps, and the clamps hold and close the two flanges in contact with each other.
On the other hand, vibration occurs inside the pipe for various reasons, and vibration generated inside the pipe can be transmitted to a clamp and gradually loosen a screw member that maintains the clamp. When the screw member is loosened, the coupling of the clamp becomes loose and the fastening force of the flange is lowered, and when the fastening force of the flange is lowered, the airtightness of the pipe is not maintained, so that the liquid or gas cannot be smoothly transferred. Therefore, conventionally, the fastening force of the screw member was increased by interposing a washer between the bolt and the nut. However, when an unskilled worker unfamiliar with the work fastens the screw member, it is difficult to adjust the force, and the nut is excessively tightened, which causes the thread to be crushed or the flange to be quickly removed when a problem occurs in the pipe or during maintenance. There was a problem that could not be done. Thus, a torque gauge is installed and operated to know a position where the nut is properly tightened, but there is a hassle of work according to the installation of the torque gauge.
The technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a clamp for a pipe which can easily and firmly fasten a flange formed at an end to a flange of an adjacent pipe for the pipe joint of the pipe.

On the other hand, one of the outer circumferential surface of the
The elastic fixing
Referring to FIG. 3 in detail, as shown in FIG. 3, one of the
In addition, the
Hereinafter, the operation of the pipe clamp 1 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
4 and 5 is an operation diagram for explaining the operation of the pipe clamp.
The clamp 1 for pipes according to the present invention can easily and firmly fasten two flanges F adjacent to each other. In particular, the
When the
Hereinafter, a
6 is an enlarged view showing a clamp for a pipe according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a view showing an elastic fixing, and FIG. 8 illustrates a process of coupling the first fastening part and the second fastening part It is a working diagram to do.
Pipe clamp (1a) according to another embodiment of the present invention is a second locking groove (at any one of the outer peripheral surface of the
Among the outer circumferential surface of the
As described above, when the
Referring to FIG. 8 in more detail, as the
As shown in FIG. 8(f) in a state in which the direction of the elastic fixing
