Description
The present invention relates to a project window, and more specifically, it is possible to further improve the heat insulation performance by preventing the heat transfer of the outside air conduction through the glass window as well as the outside air conduction along the surface of the chassis forming the window assembly. It is about the windows of the insulation improvement type project according to the new form.
In general, the window is made of a window frame assembly and a window assembly, and is installed in an open area for installing a window on a wall of a building.
Recently, a curtain wall system in which part or all of the exterior wall of a building is formed in pair-glass considering aesthetics or a view, or a building in which a project window is applied is gradually increasing.
The project window is a window of a structure that is installed to open and close a window assembly including a glass window and a window frame in a part of the window frame assembly constituting the curtain wall system, and in this regard, the registered patent No. 10-0975604, It is as suggested in the registered patent No. 10-1077492, the registered patent No. 10-1305144, the registered patent No. 10-1515801, the registered patent No. 10-1472743, the registered patent No. 10-1485367.
However, the general project window has a problem in that the chassis forming the window frame is exposed to the outside, and thus the outside temperature must be easily transferred to the interior.
Of course, in the case of each of the prior arts described above, various structures for blocking thermal conduction are provided to prevent the above-described problem.
However, the above-described conventional technologies are made only of a structure in which a heat insulating material is partially interposed in a portion where heat conduction is performed, and only allow the heat conduction to be prevented to be made through the chassis exposed to the outside. The conduction to the chassis was not considered at all.
That is, even though the glass window and the chassis are spaced apart by a spacer, the gap between the glass window and the chassis is close, and heat conduction of the outside temperature for a long time is inevitable. , Warmth) was forced to be conducted indoors through other parts of the chassis.
The present invention has been devised to solve various problems according to the above-described prior art, and the object of the present invention is to block the heat transfer of the outside temperature conducted through the glass window as well as the outside temperature conducted along the surface of the chassis forming the window assembly. In order to improve the insulation performance, it is possible to provide a window for the insulation improvement project according to a new form.
According to the insulation-enhanced project window of the present invention for achieving the above object, a window frame assembly installed horizontally and vertically in a building; Between the glass window, the glass window is fixed, and a chassis member rotatably installed on the window frame assembly, an operation handle provided to operate the chassis member, and formed of an insulating material, and facing between the glass window and the chassis member And a window assembly that selectively opens and closes an opening portion of the window frame assembly while having a heat insulating member that is bent to be installed along the bottom surface of the glass window to partition the heat of the glass window from being conducted to the chassis member. Here, the insulating member constituting the window assembly is formed of a polyamide and has a thicker thickness than the chassis member, and is characterized in that a plurality of insulating holes are formed through the inside.
In addition, a Norton tape is provided at an end portion between the chassis member and the glass window, and an end portion of the heat insulating member is configured to contact the Norton tape.
In addition, a coupling protrusion for coupling with the chassis member is formed on the opposite surface of the end of the heat insulating member with the chassis member protruding toward the chassis member, and the chassis member is mounted to receive and engage the coupling protrusion. It is characterized in that the groove is formed by indentation.
Along with this, the heat insulating member comprises a rear support portion that blocks between the rear surface of the glass window and the chassis member, and a bottom support portion that is bent from the lower end of the rear support portion and blocks the bottom surface of the glass window, and the rear support portion It is configured to be spaced apart from the rear surface of the glass window, it characterized in that the additional additional air layer for thermal insulation between the glass window and the rear support.
As described above, the insulation-enhanced project window of the present invention is made to completely block the opposing surfaces between the glass window and the chassis member, so that the inflow of outside air through the insulation member and the main frame is blocked as well as conduction to the glass window. It is also possible to block the phenomenon that the heat is conducted to the chassis member, so it has an effect of obtaining a better insulation effect.
Along with this, the heat insulating member constituting the heat insulation enhanced project window of the present invention is positioned between the glass window and the chassis member, and serves to block the conduction of heat (warm or cold) that is conducted through the glass window to the chassis member. The external temperature to the chassis member is conducted, thereby having the effect of preventing the problem of lowering (or raising) the indoor temperature.
In addition, the heat insulating member constituting the heat-insulating-enhanced project window of the present invention is made to be installed to be spaced apart from the glass window, so that a thermal buffer zone can be provided between each other, so that heat is directly transferred from the glass window to the heat insulating member By preventing it, an additional heat insulating effect can be obtained, and even if heat is transferred to the heat insulating member, a better heat insulating effect is obtained due to a plurality of heat insulating holes formed therein.
