Abstract

The present invention relates to an irreversible electroporation device which comprises: an endoscope tube (110) including a working channel (111) formed therein; two IRE probes (130a, 130b) made of a flexible material and received in the working channel; and an operation unit coupled to a rear end of the working channel. A fixing means is provided in one IPR probe (130a) of the two IRE probes (130a, 130b) formed in the working channel, and is configured to be a balloon (131) provided outside the IRE probe (130a). The balloon is connected to an air channel which supplies air and is expanded to be adhering to an inner surface of the working channel. The IRE probes are steered by a steering wire, and a distance between tips of each of the IRE probes is adjustable, thereby changing a scope of stimulation. The endoscope tube includes: an optical channel for an endoscopic camera; a fluid channel for injecting a medicament; and a lighting channel for illumination. The operation unit includes: an operation unit for supplying electricity for a surgery; an operation unit for performing a steering operation; and an operation unit for operating the air channel which supplies air to the balloon. High current flows in each of the two IRE probes so that a magnetic field is formed between the both tips of the IRE probes, thereby cauterizing malignant neoplasms in a single cell unit.
