Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air breathing system and to an air breathing system for providing liquefied air using a cryogenic freezer.
Existing clean air cans or oxygen cans are packed into cans by compressing clean air from metal cans such as Switzerland, the Canadian Rocky Mountains, or in our country, clean air such as Jiri or 95% pure oxygen.
In the case of clean air cans, 800 ml of containers are generally compressed to about 10 liters of filling pressure and store about 8 liters of air. In case of oxygen cans, less than 100 mm can be compressed to about 18 liters of oxygen by compressing them to a maximum filling pressure of about 180 atmospheres. Saved. However, as the volume of the cans increases, the filling pressure must be reduced for the safety of the pressure vessels, and oxygen cans currently on the market can only hold up to 20 liters of oxygen. Considering the adult's breathing volume of 6-10 liters per minute, existing clean air cans or oxygen cans have a limit of capacity that can only be used for continuous use.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an air breathing system of the optimum oxygen concentration configured to liquefy to manufacture the air of the optimum oxygen concentration similar to the oxygen concentration of the clean woodland air, and to be stored by the individual portable storage for a long time have.
The daily concentration of oxygen in the air is 20.9% (the rest is less than 78% nitrogen and less than 1% argon) and the oxygen concentration in forested mountain lowland forests is between 21.5% and 23%. Concentration. If the general people breathe at an oxygen concentration of 60% or more for a long time, they become addicted to oxygen and harm the human body.
Recently, various masks, disposable oxygen cans, and clean air cans are distributed due to poor air quality due to air pollution such as fine dust, dust, and smog, but masks cannot breathe fresh air and compressed disposable oxygen cans and clean air cans are compressed. Although there is a difference in the degree depending on the filling pressure ratio of oxygen and air, it is not useful because it can store only oxygen and air that can breathe at most moisture. Commercially available oxygen cans and clean air cans range in volume from tens to hundreds of milliliters (ml) and average 20 liters or less, even when the compressed gas expands to atmospheric pressure. Not used.
The present invention relates to an air breathing system having an optimal oxygen concentration liquefied and manufactured by the air of the clean forest of the air and the oxygen concentration of similar oxygen concentration, and configured to allow individuals to carry and store for a long time.
1. Supplying clean air for a long time:
During the process of liquefying air, it removes fine dust and adjusts the concentration difference between oxygen and nitrogen in the air so as to breathe clean air with natural and refreshing optimum oxygen concentration like the air in a forested place.
By liquefying air, the volume can be reduced to about one-728th of the volume of air at room temperature, and can be used continuously by increasing the storage volume by several orders of magnitude compared to conventional compressed air or oxygen cans.
For example, 1 liter of liquid air is about 728 liters of gas, allowing 72.8 minutes of breathing at 10 liters per minute.
When oxygen or clean air is additionally supplied to the fine dust removal mask as in the methods 4 and 5 of the present invention, breathing clean air for a longer time with less liquid storage than supplying the entire air for breathing from the liquefied clean air. This is possible. For example, when 0.35 liters of liquid oxygen is evaporated to 3.5cc of gas oxygen per second and supplied to the fine dust removal mask, it is possible to supply air with an oxygen concentration of 22.65% for 24 hours.
2. Air quality adjustable
After liquefaction of air, it is possible to manufacture and supply liquid air of various oxygen concentrations by adjusting the concentration of oxygen and nitrogen, and if necessary, phytoncide can be added to achieve the same effect as forest air.
In the general public, if the oxygen concentration in the air is more than 60% for a long time, there is a danger of oxygen poisoning, and high-intake air of more than 60% oxygen should not be inhaled for a long time, but 90% of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Oxygen must be supplied and used as a respiratory system for these patients

In the present invention, all of the clean air containing a concentration of oxygen higher than the oxygen concentration of 20.9% of the daily air, the cryogenic liquefaction is stored in a storage container that can be carried by the individual to be able to breathe for a long time Include the content.
Clean air production and supply method]
Clean air with an oxygen concentration above 20.9% can be produced and supplied for breathing by four methods:
① 방법1: 공기를 극저온으로 냉각하여 액화시키는 과정 중 액체 공기와 액체 산소의 비등점 차이를 이용해 액체 산소를 좀 더 생성시켜 액체 산소의 농도가 20.9%보다 더 높게 액체 공기와 액체 산소의 혼합액(=산소 농도 높아진 액체 공기) 을 만들어 단열용기에 저장하고 증발장치를 통해 증발시켜 호흡용 마스크에 청정 공기를 공급① Method 1: During the process of cooling the liquid to cryogenic temperature and liquefying the liquid, the liquid oxygen and the liquid oxygen have a higher boiling point than 20.9% to generate more liquid oxygen. Liquid air with increased oxygen concentration) is created and stored in a thermal insulation container and evaporated through the evaporator to supply clean air to the breathing mask.
② 방법2: 공기를 극저온으로 냉각하여 액화시켜 액체 질소와 액체 산소로 분리시킨 후 두 액체를 다시 섞으면서 액체 질소를 원래의 비율보다 줄여 액체 산소의 농도가 20.9%보다 더 높게 액체 질소와 액체 산소의 혼합액(=산소 농도 높아진 액체 공기)을 만들어 단열용기에 저장하고 증발장치를 통해 증발시켜 호흡용 마스크에 청정 공기를 공급② Method 2: Cool the air to cryogenic temperature to liquefy and separate into liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen, then mix the two liquids again and reduce the liquid nitrogen to the original ratio so that the concentration of liquid oxygen is higher than 20.9%. Mixed liquid (= liquid air with increased oxygen concentration), stored in a thermal insulation container and evaporated through an evaporator to supply clean air to the breathing mask
③ 방법3: 공기를 극저온으로 냉각하여 액화시켜 액체 질소와 액체 산소로 분리시킨 후 2개의 단열 용기에 각각 분리 저장하고 각각의 증발장치를 통해 일정한 비율로 증발시켜 공급되어지는 공기중의 산소 농도가 20.9%보다 더 높게 호흡용 마스크에 청정 공기를 공급③ Method 3: The air is cooled to cryogenic temperature to be liquefied, separated into liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen, and then stored separately in two adiabatic containers and evaporated at a constant rate through each evaporator to provide oxygen concentration in the supplied air. Supplying clean air to the respiratory mask higher than 20.9%
④ 방법4: 공기를 극저온으로 냉각하여 액화시켜 액체 질소와 액체 산소로 분리시킨 후 액체 산소만을 단열 용기에 저장하거나 또는 순수한 액체 질소와 액체 산소를 제로베이스에서 다시 섞어 액체산소의 농도가 21%이상이 되도록 성분비를 조정한 액체 공기를 만들어 방법 1에서와 같이 단열용기에 저장하고 증발 장치를 통해 증발시켜 미세 먼지를 제거하는 마스크에 순수한 산소 또는 산소농도가 높은 청정공기를 추가로 공급하여 마스크를 통해 흡입하는 공기중의 산소 농도가 20.9%보다 더 높게 청정 공기를 공급④ Method 4: Cool the air to cryogenic temperature to liquefy and separate it into liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen, and then store only liquid oxygen in an adiabatic container or mix pure liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen again in zero base and the concentration of liquid oxygen is over 21%. To make a liquid air with the component ratio adjusted so that it is stored in an insulated container and evaporated through the evaporator as in Method 1, additional pure air or clean air having a high oxygen concentration is supplied to the mask to remove fine dust. Supply clean air with oxygen concentration in the inhaled air higher than 20.9%
In the above methods ②, ③, and ④, air is cooled to cryogenic temperature and liquefied to separate liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen, which is a known technique as a low temperature air separation method, and in the present invention, the concentration of oxygen is 20.9% of the daily air oxygen concentration. It's about a system that makes it higher and supplies it for storage and respiration.
Method 1: During the process of cooling the liquid to a cryogenic temperature and liquefying the liquid oxygen by using the difference between the boiling point of the liquid air and the liquid oxygen, the liquid oxygen concentration is higher than 20.9%. In order to liquefy clean air by liquefying the supply air to cryogenic temperature by liquefying the liquid air with high concentration and making it into a heat insulation container and evaporating it through the evaporation mechanism, water and carbon dioxide are removed from the air from which the dust is removed by adsorbent or pre-cooling. Liquid air can be prepared by removing and lowering the temperature below the boiling point of air (78.9 K = -194.25 ° C.) in the heat exchanger section of the cold head, which is the cold section of the cryogenic freezer.
This liquid air is composed of 78% nitrogen, 20.9% oxygen, and 1% Irgon, which is less than the optimal oxygen concentration of 21.5 ~ 23%.
In the present invention, in order to increase the concentration of liquid oxygen in the liquid air, the temperature of the cold head heat exchanger is lower than the boiling point of liquid oxygen of 90.18K (= -182.97 ° C) and higher than the boiling point of liquid air of 78.9K (= -194.25 ° C). It is designed to produce only liquid oxygen by operating for a certain period of time, and then to produce normal liquid air by mixing below the boiling point of liquid air at 78.9K or less, so that the oxygen concentration in the produced liquid air becomes the optimal oxygen concentration of 21.5 ~ 23% It was. As shown in Fig. 1, the temperature of the cold head heat exchanger is measured to control the temperature of the cryogenic freezer to maintain a temperature of 85 to 87 K, which is lower than the boiling point of liquid oxygen of 90.18 K and higher than the boiling point of liquid air of 78.9 K. By liquefying mainly oxygen in the supplied air, and then controlling it to 75 ~ 77K, which is lower than the boiling point of liquid air, 78.9K, the supplied gas air is liquefied as it is. The oxygen concentration of the final liquid air is 21.5 ~ 23. In order to achieve%, the liquid oxygen amount is mixed in the ratio of 0.6369 to 2.5974 with respect to the amount of liquefied liquid air, so that the operating time for the production of liquid oxygen is considered in consideration of the production of liquid oxygen and liquid air per unit time in the cryogenic freezer. Operate a cryogenic freezer.
The liquid air whose oxygen concentration is increased to 21.5 to 23% by adjusting the low temperature heat exchanger temperature of the cryogenic freezer is stored in a personal insulated container as shown in FIG. 2 and is evaporated through an evaporation mechanism to be supplied to a breathing mask.
Figure 2 shows a process in which the liquid air in the insulating container is evaporated through the evaporation mechanism is supplied to the breathing mask.
Since liquid air has a very low temperature with a boiling point of 78.9K, all liquids will evaporate for a short time unless stored in a cryostat, which blocks heat from the outside. Generally, even if stored in a vacuum insulated container, the liquid air is evaporated by heat transfer through the insulated container, and the evaporated air pressurizes the liquid air by increasing the pressure in the container, and the pressurized liquid air comes out through the liquid discharge pipe connected to the outside. It evaporates through the evaporator. The evaporator is a heat exchanger that allows the liquid air flowing inside the evaporator to exchange heat with the outside air, and is generally a shape in which a thin copper tube, such as a capillary tube, is wound in the form of a coil. The liquid air passing through the evaporator must be all evaporated in the evaporator and supplied to the user after the temperature rises to room temperature, and the evaporator is designed in consideration of the required heat exchange amount. The heat exchange amount in the evaporator required to supply 10 liters of air with 22% oxygen concentration per minute is 83.5W, and the air which has passed through the evaporator to become a gas at room temperature is used to enhance the refreshing feeling and health function as shown in Figure 2. It can be fed through a phytoncide addition device to a breathing mask.
The upper part of the insulated container is provided with a gas discharge pipe connected to a safety valve which directly discharges the gas air to the outside when a certain pressure is applied so that the pressure of the air in the insulating container is not excessively raised, and a liquid inlet is installed at the other branch of the gas discharge pipe. This inlet is characterized by a one-way check valve structure that can inject liquid from the outside but prevent flow in the reverse direction, so that liquid air is filled through the inlet if necessary.
Detailed Description of Method 2]
[방법 3에 대한 상세 설명][Detailed Description of Method 3]
Without mixing pure liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen obtained by low temperature air separation method, they are stored in two separate insulated containers as shown in Fig. 3, and liquid nitrogen is evaporated by using liquid nitrogen evaporator and liquid oxygen is evaporated by liquid oxygen. It is a method of supplying clean air of the optimal oxygen concentration to the breathing mask by making the oxygen concentration of the mixed gas by evaporation to be 21.5 ~ 23%. The heat exchange amount in the evaporator required to supply 10 liters of air at 22% oxygen / min at room temperature is 64W for the liquid nitrogen evaporator and 19.5W for the liquid oxygen evaporator. Since the thermal insulation container is separated into two parts for liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, the gas discharge connected to the safety valve which discharges nitrogen gas and oxygen gas directly to the outside when a certain pressure is maintained so that the pressure of the gas in each insulation container does not rise excessively. The pipes are each formed, and the liquid injection port is installed in the other branch of the gas discharge pipe, and this injection hole has a feature of the one-way check valve structure which can inject liquid from the outside but prevent the flow in the reverse direction. Three-way valves provide oxygen gas discharge lines and nitrogen gas to inject liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen respectively. When the liquid oxygen is injected, the liquid inlet and the oxygen gas discharge pipe are connected to the outlet pipe, the liquid inlet and the nitrogen gas discharge pipe are used when the liquid nitrogen is injected, and the oxygen gas discharge pipe and the nitrogen gas discharge pipe are used when the respirator is used. It has a structure to be connected to a safety valve.
Detailed description of Method 4]
Pure liquid nitrogen obtained by low temperature air separation and liquid oxygen in liquid oxygen are stored in a thermal insulation container, or pure liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen are mixed again at zero base to adjust the liquid ratio so that the concentration of liquid oxygen is 21% or more. As in Method 1, air is stored in an insulated container and evaporated through the evaporator to remove fine dust, and additionally, pure oxygen or clean air with high oxygen concentration (more than 21% oxygen) is supplied through the mask. A method of supplying clean air with an oxygen concentration in the total inhaled air higher than 20.9%. In this case, the evaporation device may not have a large heat load for evaporation, so it is necessary to select the material of the insulation vessel and design the thickness of the vessel wall so that the evaporation can be handled only by the heat input through the insulation vessel wall without using a separate evaporator. Implementable
1. Supplying clean air for a long time:
During the process of liquefying air, it removes fine dust and adjusts the concentration difference between oxygen and nitrogen in the air to supply clean air with natural and refreshing optimal oxygen concentration like air in a forested place. By liquefying, the volume can be reduced to about one-728th of the volume of air at room temperature, and can be used continuously by increasing the storage volume by several tens of times compared to conventional compressed air or oxygen cans. Is about 728 liters of gas air, allowing 72.8 minutes of breathing at 10 liters per minute.
Claims (20)
