Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an actuator for an air vent system, and more particularly, to a small drive motor capable of electrically driving the wind direction adjusting wing of an air vent according to a room temperature, an actuator for an air vent system using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. .
In general, an air vent provided in an instrument panel located in front of an interior of a vehicle is mainly applied to an air conditioning unit so that air-conditioning and airflow generated from an air conditioner or a heater flows into the interior of the vehicle. It is installed at the vehicle interior direction end of the flowing duct.
Here, the air vent includes a casing that is provided in the duct to form an outer periphery, a wind direction control wing provided in the casing, and a wing knob assembly for rotating the wind direction control wing.
At this time, the wind direction control wing is provided in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, typically provided with a pair of vertical and horizontal direction wind direction control wings in the front and rear directions, regardless of the order of the horizontal and vertical direction, through which the wind direction It can blow in up-down and left-right direction.
The wind direction control wing has a vertical wind direction control wing and a horizontal wind direction control wing, in which a plurality of wind turbines are arranged in up, down, left and right directions.
The air vent system allows the user to adjust the wind direction by rotating the vertical wind direction wing and the horizontal wind direction wing through manual operation of the wing knob assembly installed on the vertical wind direction wing.
Such a conventional manual vehicle air vent has a hassle that a user must manually operate to change the wind direction and air volume of the once set wind direction control knob and the air volume control knob even when the room temperature is changed according to the operation of the air conditioner.
In addition, in the conventional air vent, in order to change the direction of the vertical wind direction control wing and the horizontal wind direction control wing, an occupant or driver needs to directly change the direction of the knob by hand, thereby increasing the risk of an accident.
Furthermore, in order to continuously reciprocate the wind direction from side to side, a very cumbersome task that requires the user to manually operate the knob.
In order to solve this problem, the air vent system using the electric actuator proposed uses a small motor as a driving source, so that the soldering when connecting the lead terminal of the stator coil wound on the stator core to the printed circuit board (PCB) in which the motor driving circuit is mounted is performed. I'm using the method.
However, such a soldering connection may cause defects such as cold soldering and unsoldering, and if the environment is mounted in a vehicle that generates a lot of vibration, defects may occur in progress.
Accordingly, recently, the soldering connection between the coil and the PCB has been reluctant or the elimination of the soldering connection process is required.
As a countermeasure, a method of connecting a coil to a PCB by using a terminal pin which is press fit coupled to the PCB instead of a soldering connection process of the coil has been proposed.
However, the conventional small outer rotor type motor having a diameter of about 30 mm has a structure in which a sleeve bearing for supporting a rotation shaft is coupled to the inside of the groove of the bearing housing and a stator core is coupled to the outer circumference of the bearing housing. It is difficult to implement a structure that connects the coil to it.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an actuator for an air vent system and a method of manufacturing the same, for driving an actuating lever for rotationally driving a vertical and horizontal wind direction control wing of an air vent. have.
Another object of the present invention is to remove the bearing from the outer rotor type motor, and instead of the soldering connection process of the stator coil, a terminal pin in which a press fit is formed between the stator and the printed circuit board (PCB) is formed. The present invention provides a small drive motor that connects a coil to a PCB by utilizing a space where a bearing is eliminated, and an actuator for an air vent system using the same.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide an actuator for an air vent system having a gear train for reducing the rotational speed of the motor to increase the drive torque of the small drive motor.

It can be energized using a pin.
As a result, in the present invention, the stator coil can be connected to the PCB as the terminal pin is applied by utilizing the space in which the bearing is deleted, so that the lead terminal of the stator coil is soldered to the printed circuit board (PCB) in which the motor driving circuit is mounted. The circulation of air in the vehicle can be done automatically.
In addition, in the present invention, the outer rotor-type motor is provided with a groove in which the rotor support is rotatably supported while integrally forming a support shaft in the center of the stator support, so that the rotor shaft rotates around the support shaft. Hereinafter, a
The
In addition, the
In this case, the
The
The
The diameter of the
In addition, the
A through
The other end of the first and second operating levers, one end of which is connected to the vertical wind direction control wing and the horizontal wind direction control wing, is coupled to the through
At this time, the opposite end portions of the through
In the
In addition, the
The
Furthermore, the gear ratio (ie, reduction ratio) and module between the

As shown in Equation 1 and Equation 2, the gear ratio (deceleration ratio) between the gears is set smaller toward the output, and if the module is set larger, even if a large torque conversion is made from the
In general, the reduction ratio of the reduction gear is calculated as (number of driven gear teeth / drive pinion gear teeth). For example, when the number of gear teeth of the
