Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite sheet excellent in electromagnetic wave shielding, heat dissipation and electromagnetic interference noise absorption performance, and a manufacturing method thereof.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] With the recent miniaturization and weight reduction of electronic devices and components, the degree of integration of circuitry mounted on them has been increasing. As the amount of generated electromagnetic waves increases, electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic interference threats are increasing. As a result, the heat generated by the electric devices operating on the basis of electric energy is rising, and the heat problem is highlighted. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a technology capable of simultaneously realizing heat dissipation characteristics that effectively dissipate and dissipate heat generated from the electric element, and that can effectively shield and absorb electromagnetic waves that cause malfunction of the electric element and adversely affect the human body .
Accordingly, there is a problem that a sheet having two or more layers, in particular, a sheet having a heat-conductive property and a sheet having an electromagnetic wave-absorbing property laminated thereon is studied. However, the multilayered structure is poor in processability, and the process is complicated. In addition, in order to realize the thermal conductivity and the electromagnetic wave absorbing property to the extent required in recent electronic apparatuses, the thickness has to be thickened due to the characteristics of multilayer, which is a problem in that it is not suitable for recent electronic devices seeking miniaturization and weight saving.
The present invention provides an integrated composite sheet capable of simultaneously shielding and absorbing electromagnetic waves that adversely affect the human body and heat dissipation characteristics that effectively dissipate and dissipate heat generated from the electric element, and a manufacturing method thereof .

The composite sheet according to embodiments of the present invention may include a specific function of metal powder and magnetic powder to have a composite function that simultaneously possess electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise shielding, absorption and heat dissipation characteristics. Therefore, unlike the prior art in which a plurality of sheets have to be stacked to provide the above characteristics simultaneously, it is possible to provide a single-layer sheet, thereby making it possible to reduce the size and weight of the electronic apparatus or electronic parts while enhancing the stability of the applied electronic apparatus or electronic parts. .
Further, since the degree of shielding of heat radiation and electromagnetic interference noise can be controlled according to various characteristics required for electronic devices and parts by controlling the mixing ratio of the metal powder and the magnetic powder, (For example, electronic devices such as IT devices such as mobile and tablet PCs) that require the above characteristics.

Composite sheet
In the present invention, a composite sheet comprising a magnetic powder, a metal powder and a base resin is provided as a composite sheet comprising a magnetic powder having a specific structure and a metal powder. When the magnetic powder and the metal powder having the specific structure are included as described above, electromagnetic interference noise shielding, absorption performance and / or heat radiation performance can be further improved as compared with the conventional composite sheet.
1 schematically shows a composite sheet comprising a
Specifically, the
In the present invention, a magnetic dust powder coated with silver (Ag) should be used as the magnetic powder (1). In this case, the electromagnetic shielding performance is further improved due to the effect of silver (Ag) In addition, the senturized magnetic powder has excellent soft magnetic properties and does not require any further processing steps, and can play a role of improving the flexibility of the final product. On the other hand, when a sheet is manufactured using, for example, an oxide ferrite magnetic powder, a special process such as a heat treatment process is required. Therefore, an additional process is required, and the soft magnetic property is not excellent. It is difficult to have flexibility.
In an exemplary embodiment, the silver (Ag) in the magnetic powder (1) may be coated to a content of 0.1 to 1.0 wt% based on the total weight of the sendust magnetic powder. If it is coated at less than 0.1% by weight, it is difficult to expect an improvement in electromagnetic shielding performance. If it exceeds 1.0% by weight, electromagnetic wave shielding performance improvement is increased but electromagnetic noise absorption performance may be deteriorated and the cost of the process may excessively increase .
In one embodiment, the average particle size of the magnetic powder (1) may be between 30 and 60 μm, and if the average particle size of the magnetic powder is less than 30 μm, the magnetic properties of the composition (ie, permeability) , Not only the permeability of the composition is reduced but also the dispersibility and the coating property of the composition may be deteriorated.
In one embodiment, the average particle size of the magnetic powder (1) may be between 40 and 50 mu m.
Meanwhile, the
In the
The copper particles may have an average particle size of from 1 to 20 占 퐉, and more specifically from 5 to 10 占 퐉. When the copper particles have a particle size of less than 1 占 퐉, the composition for the composite sheet is difficult to produce and the dispersibility is deteriorated, and networking between the copper particles is not performed well, and the conductivity of the composite sheet may be deteriorated. Also, when the copper particles have a particle size exceeding 20 袖 m, the size of the copper particles is excessively large, so that the inter-particle networking is not performed well and the conductivity may be lowered.
Further, the silver (Ag) may be coated on the copper particles to have a thickness of 0.01 to 0.1 mu m. If silver (Ag) is coated to a thickness of less than 0.01 μm, the copper particles may be oxidized to deteriorate electrical properties. If the silver (Ag) is coated in a thickness of more than 0.1 μm, the surface of the sheet may become rough, So that the production of the sheet may become difficult.
The metal powder (2) may contain silver (Ag) in an amount of 3 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the metal powder. When silver (Ag) is contained in an amount of less than 3% by weight, the copper particles may be oxidized and the conductive effect may be insufficient. If the silver content is more than 10% by weight, the manufacturing cost is increased and formation of the composition for a composite sheet may become difficult have.
On the other hand, the
Specifically, as the base resin (3), a product produced through polymerization of a reactive mesogen compound represented by the following formula (1), a polyol compound represented by the following formula (2) and a diisocyanate compound represented by the following formula .

As described above, when a composite sheet according to embodiments of the present invention is manufactured, it is possible to produce a sheet capable of exhibiting electromagnetic interference noise shielding, absorption and heat radiation characteristics in a single layer.
The composite sheet according to the embodiments of the present invention is composed of a single layer and has a power loss (P loss / P in ) of 60% or more in a frequency band of 6.0 GHz or less (for example, 10 MHz to 6.0 GHz) Shows a power loss value of 80% or more and exhibits excellent electromagnetic wave absorption ability.
In particular, the composite sheet may exhibit a power loss value of 85% or more in a specific frequency band of electromagnetic waves passing through the composite sheet, including magnetic powder, metal powder and base resin having a specific composition ratio.
In addition, the composite sheet can exhibit excellent electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency characteristics of more than 40 dB at 1.5 GHz or less (for example, 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz), and more specifically, excellent electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency characteristics of 43 dB or more.

Manufacturing method of composite sheet
In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for producing the composite sheet is provided. Features other than the features of the process are substantially the same as or similar to those of the above-described sheet, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
First, a composition for a composite sheet containing a magnetic powder, a metal powder and a base resin is coated on a release film and dried to form a preliminary composite sheet. The composition for a composite sheet includes a magnetic powder, a metal powder and a base resin in a weight ratio of 65 to 75:10 to 20:10 to 20, and the magnetic powder is a sendust magnetic powder coated with silver (Ag) And the metal powder is a powder in which copper (Cu) particles are coated with silver (Ag), and the copper particles are powders having a dendrite structure.
The releasing film is not limited as long as it is a widely used releasing film, but it may be preferable that a releasing film having excellent releasing force is used from the viewpoint of maintaining physical properties.
In one embodiment, the release film may be a PET film or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, the step of coating the composition on the release film can be performed through a comma coating process or the like.
Meanwhile, in the step of processing the pre-composite sheet formed by drying the composition coated on the release film through a flat press process, the drying process may be performed through a hot air drying process.
Thereafter, the dried preliminary composite sheet is processed through a flat plate pressing process to produce a composite sheet.
In an exemplary embodiment, the flat press process may be performed under temperature conditions of 120-150 < 0 > C and pressure conditions of 45-55 kgf / cm < 2 >. If the flat plate press process is performed at a temperature of less than 120 ° C, the composite sheet shape may not be realized, and if performed at a temperature exceeding 150 ° C, deterioration of the base resin may occur. Further, even when the flat plate pressing process is performed under a pressure condition of less than 45 kgf / cm 2 , the sheet shape may not be realized, and when the sheet is performed at a pressure exceeding 55 kgf / cm 2 , the sheet may be torn.
The composite sheet produced through the above process may have a thickness of 50 to 300 탆. In the case of having a thickness of less than 50 μm, it is difficult to simultaneously realize electromagnetic interference noise shielding, absorption and heat dissipation characteristics, and if it has a thickness exceeding 300 μm, implementation for a flexible device may be difficult.

[Experimental Example 1] Measurement of power loss value, shielding rate value and thermal conductivity value
The power loss value, shielding ratio value and thermal conductivity value of each composite sheet were measured and shown in Table 2.
(1) Measurement of electromagnetic wave absorption capacity
The power loss value related to the electromagnetic interference noise absorption ability is measured by a network analyzer, a measuring jig (Micro Strip Line), and the equipment and the like which can generate and generate electromagnetic waves again according to the method defined by IEC-62333-2 And an analysis system consisting of connectors and cables to connect the jig. At this time, a numerical value of how much the applied voltage is lost (S-parameter Ploss) is measured by artificially applying a voltage (S-parameter: Pin) to the measuring jig. The loss consists of the sum of the voltage S11 applied back to the measuring jig in the network analyzer and the voltage S21 transmitted back through the measuring jig (sample). As a result, the electromagnetic wave absorptivity was expressed by the remaining voltage obtained by subtracting the return voltage S11 and the voltage S21 passing through the measurement result. The concrete calculation method is shown in the following equation (1).

The sample was machined into a washer-like shape, and the outer and inner cores of the axis were continuously connected.
(3) Measurement of thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity was measured by the laser flash method based on ASTM E1461 and the thermal conductivity (α) was measured and the thermal conductivity (k) was derived from the following

Table 2 shows that in the composite sheet according to Example 1, the power loss (P loss / P in ) value related to the ability to absorb electromagnetic interference noise is 60% or more at 6 GHz or less and a maximum value of 85% And it was confirmed that the electromagnetic wave interference noise absorption ability is excellent. On the contrary, the power loss values of the composite sheets according to Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were significantly lower than those of the composite sheet according to Example 1.
On the other hand, it was confirmed that the electromagnetic shielding ratio of the composite sheet produced according to Example 1 exceeded 40 dB at a frequency of less than 1,5 GHz, and the thermal conductivity for evaluating the heat radiation characteristic was more than 4.0 W / mk . As a result, it was confirmed that a single-layer composite sheet exhibiting excellent electromagnetic wave shielding, absorption ability, and heat radiation characteristics was produced.
Accordingly, it was confirmed that the composite sheet manufactured according to Example 1 exhibits both electromagnetic shielding performance and heat radiation performance in a single layer. Thus, it can be confirmed that it can be widely used in electronic devices and the like.
