예를 들어 주행간에 장애물이 나타났을 때 인공지능 자율주행차는 각자가 최선의 판단을 하게 되고 만약 그 각자의 판단이 같다면 같은 경로로 회피하여 운행하게 되고 결과적으로 충돌사고가 발생하게 된다.
즉 인공지능 자율주행차 각자의 최선의 판단이 동일 경로를 주행중인 복수의 인공지능 자율주행 자동차 전체의 최선의 판단은 아니라는 뜻이다.
상기의 문제점을 방지하기 위해 주변에서 주행중인 복수의 자율주행차 상호간에 무선통신을 하는 장치를 두고 인공지능 자율주행 시스템의 판단을 상호 교류하여 다른 복수의 자율주행차와 다른 경로로 주행할수 있게 만드는 인공지능 자율주행차 운행 통제장치 시스템에 관한 것이다.
