Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a bubble sheet for an environmentally friendly automobile seat, and more particularly, to a bubble sheet for an environmentally friendly automobile sheet, which is composed of a nonwoven fabric including a base layer and an adhesive layer to improve noise generation and sound absorption.
In the case of a conventional sound absorbing material for automobiles, there is a method of using a soft material as a sound absorbing layer and a hard material as a sound insulating layer according to a method of blocking noise or a method of forming a thin film layer and a sound insulating coating layer And the like are used.
다른 방법은 폴리우레탄과 같은 부드러운 연질 재료로 이루어진 흡음층과 섬유상재로 이루어진 연질성 흡음층 사이에 차음층으로 PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride), EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene M-class) 고무 등과 같은 경질성 재료를 복합화하는 방법이 사용된다. Another method is to use PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride), EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene M-class) as a sound insulating layer between the sound absorbing layer made of soft soft material such as polyurethane and the soft sound absorbing layer made of fibrous material. ) Rubber or the like is used.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2004-0013840 discloses a technique of inserting a synthetic fiber film layer having a thickness of 40 to 100 占 퐉 in the longitudinal direction at an intermediate position of a polyester fiber (PET fiber) fiber layer having a thickness of 20 mm Lt; / RTI >
In Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2013-0119645, polyester felt (PET Felt) is mixed with low melting point fiber (LMF) and regular polyester fiber (Regular PET fiber) A technique for coating at least one layer with a resin is disclosed.
In the conventional dash isolation pad, a film composed of an adhesive layer and a heat resistant layer 2-layer is inserted between a rigid polyester felt (PET Felt) and a soft polyurethane foam sheet to form a hard polyester felt (PET Felt) and a flexible polyurethane foam sheet to prevent the polyurethane foam liquid from being leaked by the polyester felt (PET Felt). The adhesive layer of the film mainly uses polyolefin (polyolefin), and the heat resistant layer of the film uses Nylon 6 (Nylon 6).
Conventional films have a problem of poor molding due to low elongation at break and high Young's modulus, resulting in poor flexibility, such as piercing and tearing of the film during molding. As a result, the environmental resistance, particularly moisture resistance, Accordingly, there is a problem that physical properties are lowered and shrinkage occurs, resulting in peeling of a hard polyester felt (PET Felt) layer.
In addition, since the structure of the film is poor in porosity, it may affect the sound-absorbing property, and conventional films contain volatile organic compounds.

Further, the adhesive layer is composed of high density polyethylene (HDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) or low melting point polyester (PET) nonwoven fabric.
The base layer (10) and the adhesive layer (20) are made of a nonwoven fabric using spunbond equipment. A web is formed by spinning the material of the
3 is a schematic view showing the
In the present invention, polypropylene (PP), high density polyethylene (HDPE) or high melting point polyester (PET) is used as the
Before the nonwoven fabric is manufactured using the thermoplastic resin by a spunbond apparatus, the raw material should be dried to reduce the problem of clogging of the dosing input portion when the raw material is melted and the hydrolysis phenomenon by moisture at the
The dried thermoplastic resin is melted at the
The filament fibers that have been radiated thereafter are accumulated in the
In the present invention, the
2 is a view showing an eco-friendly car seat self-adhered to an adhesive layer by laminating two green foil sheets for an environmentally friendly car sheet according to the present invention. And finally the structure is laminated with the
And the difference in melting point between the
On the other hand, when the temperature is lower than 10 ° C, the
The weight ratio of the
The weight (g / m 2 ) of each nonwoven fabric is preferably 50 to 80 in the spunbond spinning conditions when the

As shown in Table 1, when the EVA coated film is used as the adhesive layer of Comparative Example 1, noise is generated at a level of about 40 (dB) or more of the embodiment of 71 (dB). Because of the nature of the film, it is more rigid than nonwoven fabric. Also, the sound absorption rate of the generated noise is lower than that in the case of the non-woven fabric of the adhesive layer. Also, EVA coated film has a remarkably low level of 420 ppm in VOCs.
In Comparative Examples 2 and 3, when the weight ratio of the base layer to the base layer was set to 80 as compared with the examples, there is a problem in radioactivity, too, and the content of the adhesive layer is low.
In Comparative Example 4, the weight ratio of the spunbond is 30 (g / m 2 ), which is lower than that of the Example, resulting in a problem that the gauze feeling of the nonwoven fabric deteriorates and the sheet separation during the Thompson processing is poor.
