Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an output feedback control method and a control apparatus for obtaining a sample value of a linear model from a nonlinear model of an underwater glider.
Due to the depletion of land transportation means, maritime transportation means using alternative energy has attracted attention. However, the UUV (unmanned underwater vehicle) operation is required because the survey in underwater environment is more difficult than the survey of the land environment. One type of UUV is a remotely operated vehicle (ROV), which is typically used for maritime surveys, but has the disadvantage of high cost and limited space accessibility. To compensate for this, a propeller-driven autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) has been developed. However, the AUV has a disadvantage that it is not suitable for long-term missions because of the large battery consumption to drive the propeller. To compensate for these shortcomings, research is underway on underwater gliders, a type of AUV that does not include propellers.
1, the underwater glider includes a
Particularly, there is a method of controlling the glider under the control of the underwater glider or inducing the control of the pitching moment by adjusting the height and changing the altitude through the control of the glider. Based on this method, the underwater glider plant model obtained by parameter identification using flight data was studied. Also, with respect to the dynamics of the underwater glider, the full-orer model was analyzed by singular perturbation technique by reducing the second order, and the Lyapunov-based control design was studied. In addition, a feedback linearization technique was applied to the underwater glider as the issue of stability problems was presented. However, it has been confirmed that the nonlinear model is partially linearized and the approximation error is ignored, and the stability is not ensured throughout the entire history. In order to compensate this problem, the design of a controller that guarantees the global stability of the fully linearized model has been studied, but it has been confirmed that it is difficult to select the output variable for feedback linearization.
Korean Patent No. 10-1658112 (hereinafter referred to as " prior art ") discloses a method of stabilizing the gliding of an underwater glider by linearizing the motion of an underwater glider with nonlinear motion and controlling the buoyancy and moment of the underwater glider A method for providing stable driving is disclosed. The prior art is limited to a method of obtaining the stability of an underwater glider by linearizing the nonlinear system with the inventor's prior invention. Therefore, the present inventor devised a method for obtaining a stable sample value of a linear system based on local drive of a nonlinear system.
On the other hand, control systems in most industrial sectors operate continuously. However, since the continuously operated controller is difficult to use in practice, a sample data controller is implemented and designed as a way to solve this problem. There have been various studies for sample data control. Among them, a method of designing a digital controller is an emulation method in which a sampler and a hold device are arranged on both sides of an analog controller. The advantage of this approach is the ease of use of design tools for designing controllers for the plant, and the disadvantage of requiring a sampling rate to preserve conventional analog closed-loop characteristics.
Digital redesign (DR) is an efficient way to convert pre-engineered analog control systems to sampled data that maintains plant input mapping, output matching, and state matching. In general, most of the results for DR focus on linear systems, and the results for nonlinear systems are accompanied by the difficulty of a discretization process that requires an analytical solution to the initial set-up problem. Therefore, various methods of linearizing nonlinear systems have been applied. The most common linearization method is to extend the Taylor series around the equilibrium point. The method is a method of linearizing a nonlinear system only for state and equilibrium point deviations. That is, applying the DR method based on the linear model obtained through the Taylor linearization method may degrade the matching performance because the bias can be ignored.
In addition, optimal linear models and DR techniques can be utilized for the chaotic orbital tracker. However, the research has been conducted on the assumption that the linear model contains controllability (or stabilization possibility).
On the other hand, DR approach using pulse width modulation feedback controller and design of output feedback controller based on optimal linearization have been studied, but the estimated state is not used in optimal linearization process.
Therefore, the present inventor has devised a method for obtaining an optimal linearized sample value of an underwater glider that is stable and detectable from an unspecified point of view.
