Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for easily injecting a chip into an animal subcutaneously without a needleless needle and replacing a syringe for RFID chip implantation, and a configuration of an RFID chip used therein.
Since January 2014, animal registration system has mandated that one of embedded radio identification device, external radio identification device and registered identification tag must be attached. However, although it is the most reliable way to implant RFID microchip into animal body, Because of the use of injection needles, the skin of the kittens is severely scratched, and the refusal of the recipients is so severe that the animal registration system has not been properly implemented. Recently, the National Assembly has been actively engaged in activities such as "Debate for the Protection of Organic Animals and Protecting Measures" in order to make a bill to make embedded microchips mandatory. . Especially, the refugees are reluctant to use huge syringes, and there is a desperate need for technology to improve them.
As described above, the present invention can solve the problem of rejection of a huge needle as an apparatus for injecting an RFID chip and the problem of reuse of a needle. For this purpose, it is possible to make use of an automatic chip injector designed differently according to the thickness of the skin to fix the animal registration agent and to make the built-in microchip mandatory.
The object of the present invention is to provide an RFID chip including a pointed front portion biodegradable in the body by applying spring elasticity to a required degree, and to easily mount the chip on the underside of the animal through the skin. In the present invention, in order to inject microchip into the subcutaneous tissue, the force of the spring can be adjusted through a cradle divided into three stages so that an appropriate force can be applied according to the skin thickness of the animal. This is a device for launching using the elastic energy of the spring as a method for allowing the chip to be placed under the skin while minimizing damage to animal skin. Also, because there is no needle, the appearance is designed to be acceptable to the animal and the companion such as dogs, fish, and mice, which can replace the syringe. The chip is packed in pasteurized starch powder to be melted in the body, and it is composed of a sharp front part and a back part which can receive the force of a steel beam attached to the spring. The appearance is softly packed in the form of a chewing gum Respectively.
The present invention places hundreds of microchips in a single launch device because the RFID chip is located in front of the device. It is possible to inject the chip into the body without needles because the launch device is lifted by lifting the animal's skin and then firing the lever against the cleaned skin.
It is the internal structure of the microchip injection device. The pointed tip is a representation of the chip coming out, and the actual point of penetration goes inward so it can not be seen clearly. The top is divided into three steps as a handle and can be safely locked by pulling it to the right after being pulled out. After one of these three steps is completed, insert the chip by pushing it in. When the lever is turned to the left against the skin of the animal, the elastic energy of the spring is absorbed, and the brown bundle advances to collide with the microchip. With this force, the chip quickly penetrates the skin of the animal and reaches the skin. It is a simple thing to do in a few seconds, so it is simple to do the procedure and the method compared to injecting a syringe.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view and an exploded view of an RFID microchip injection device for an animal according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the
The method of constructing the external appearance (100) comprises a shape in which the subject animal can feel intimate. The cat is used in a manner such as a mouse shape and a fish shape, and the dog is designed to use a gum shape. A rear body portion configured to receive the force of the
When the mounting of the
