The financial technology service apparatus can receive investment money based on the investment application information received from a second information terminal through communication with the financial support server and process data and electronic signals for transferring the loan to an account specified in the loan application information by executing a P2P loan on security of the payment guarantee based on a budget plan established for the budget project. The financial technology service apparatus can perform interest payment and investment profit payment process based on the P2P loan through communication with the financial support server.
