Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a pile by gelled soil that is able to directly insert the pile into gelled soil, which is formed by agitating relaxed soil with a gelling agent in accordance with rotation and insertion of an agitation equipment, to minimize an impact on the surrounding ground by preventing excavation soil from being generated in case of a construction of the pile, thereby greatly reducing a pile construction period. The method includes (a) a step of measuring a position to construct the pile; (b) a step of excavating the position measured at the step (a) at a point of a support ground by a displacement excavation unit, and agitating the relaxed soil and the gelling agent by spraying the gelling agent, and temporarily gelling the soil; (c) a step of inserting the pile into the gelled soil by its own load and settling the pile on the supporting ground; and (d) a step of curing the gelled soil to fixate the pile. The gelling agent contains 35 to 60 wt% of inorganic binding material, 20 to 45 wt% of water, and 0.15 to 7 wt% of dispersion. The displacement excavation has a center pipe having a flow path for supplying the gelling agent in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of spray holes communicating with the flow path to spray the gelling agent, an agitation wing protruding from an outside of the center pipe, and an excavation bit engaged to a front end of the center pipe.
