The present invention relates to a centrifugal electrospinning device capable of continuously producing fine fibers using centrifugal force.
Fiber spinning refers to the conversion of a polymer in a state of being melted by heating or dissolved in a solvent into a fiber, that is, a yarn, which is continuously passed through a hole such as a small diameter nozzle or a spinneret.
Typical fiber spinning methods include melt spinning, wet spinning and electrospinning. Among them, electrospinning is a technique of spinning a polymer solution in a charged state to produce fine diameter fibers, and recently it has been used as a technique for producing nanometer scale fibers, .
The fibers produced by electrospinning can be used in various fields as high-performance composite materials such as ultra-high precision filters for the environmental industry, materials for the electric and electronic industries, wound dressing dressings, and medical biomaterials such as scaffolds.
The spinning pump P pumps the spinning solution stored in the
The
At the other end of the
The spinning
On the other hand, a blowing
The blowing

The spinning
A plurality of radiating holes (not shown) are formed on the sloped upper surface of the radiating
The surface of the
The
Next, the operation of the centrifugal electrospinning apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7. FIG.

The spinning liquid is supplied to the
The spinning solution supplied to the space inside the spinning
6, when the spinning
7 (a), when the spinning
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
