Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an SCR system, and more particularly, to an SCR system that removes ABS by using air or maintains a temperature within a SCR reactor at a predetermined temperature or higher.
Generally, a ship is equipped with a main engine that drives a propeller to propel the ship, and a number of power generation engines that supply power to various equipment and equipment mounted on the ship.
The exhaust gas discharged after combustion in such a marine engine contains a large number of floating fine particles, NOx which is nitrogen oxide, and SOx which is sulfur oxides.
Therefore, the exhaust line of the engine is provided with a diesel particulate filter (DPF), a selective catalytic reduction (SCR), and a scrubber (SOx removal) to remove harmful components in the exhaust gas.
Among them, the SCR system decomposes nitrogen oxide (NOx) in the exhaust gas into harmless water and nitrogen through a chemical reaction with a reducing agent such as ammonia (NH3) and urea in the catalyst layer, Device.
That is, in the course of the exhaust gas passing through the SCR reactor of the SCR system, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) contained in the exhaust gas comes into contact with the ammonia (NH 3 ) injected into the SCR reactor and the catalyst.
Ammonia (NH 3 ) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) in contact with the catalyst are reduced by nitrogen gas (N 2 ) and water (H 2 O) according to the following reaction formula to remove nitrogen oxides (NOx).
N02+NO+2NH3 --> 2N2+3H2ONO 2 + NO + 2NH 3 - > 2N 2 + 3H 2 O
4NO+4NH3+O2 --> 4N2+6H2O4NO + 4NH 3 + O 2 -> 4N 2 + 6H 2 O
2NO2+4NH3+O2 --> 3N2+6H2O2NO 2 + 4NH 3 + O 2 -> 3N 2 + 6H 2 O
Here, the SCR catalyst is made of a porous catalyst filter formed with extrusion or metallic coating. One or two SCR catalysts are continuously installed in the exhaust line to remove harmful components in the exhaust gas.
On the other hand, when the SCR system removes nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas, byproducts such as ABS (Ammonium Bisulfate: NH4HSO4) are produced. Although ABS becomes a gas state above a certain temperature (for example, 340 DEG C) When the temperature is below a certain temperature, it becomes liquid.
That is, when the ship is anchored in the port or on the high seas, the SCR system stops operation, the pipes before and after the SCR reactor are closed, and the temperature inside the SCR reactor falls to room temperature. When the internal temperature of the SCR reactor is lowered to room temperature, there is a problem that the ABS produced in the SCR reactor sticks to the SCR catalyst during ECA (Emission Control Area) operation and causes corrosion or corrosion.
In order to remove the ABS, the temperature in the SCR reactor must be maintained at an ABS gasification temperature (for example, 340 DEG C) or more by using a separate heating device, which further consumes fuel.
In order to remove the SCR system, remove the ABS, or maintain the temperature in the SCR reactor at a predetermined temperature or more (for example, 200 DEG C), conventionally, exhaust gas discharged from a main engine or a view engine is used. Is used for a long time, the SCR catalyst is poisoned by the sulfur (S) or phosphorus (P) compound contained in the exhaust gas, and the activity is lowered.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been conceived to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an air conditioner in which the air is heated by using steam or hot water obtained through an economizer installed in a bypass line, And an object of the present invention is to provide an SCR system capable of maintaining a temperature above a predetermined temperature.
