As is known, the roll bending apparatus refers to a device for producing a curved piece having a set curvature by bending a planar steel plate into a set curvature through a roll forming process.
The roll bending apparatus includes a support base and a pressure roller which are arranged on the support base so as to intersect with each other in an up-and-down direction.
However, in the conventional roll bending apparatus, the curvature of the bent steel plate is changed by changing the phase of the pressing roller, but there is a limit according to the setting of the curvature of the steel plate only by changing the phase of the pressing roller.
That is, in order to manufacture a curved piece having a wider curvature, it is preferable that the operator alternately replace the pressure roller having a diameter corresponding to the thickness or curvature of the steel plate.
However, in the conventional roll bending apparatus, since the supporting table on which the elevating rails are formed is firmly fixed by welding or the like, it is practically difficult to replace the pressing roller from time to time.
In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1446755 discloses a portable terminal comprising a main body fixed to a floor or a support, a bending part provided on the main body, and a power transmission part for operating the bending part, And a fixing plate having hinge shafts formed on both sides of the other side portion of the lower plate having the mounting plate at one side thereof, And a guide plate coupled to a hinge shaft at an upper portion thereof. The installation plate, the fixing plate, and the guide plate are stacked and fixed to each other by a plurality of steel plates stacked on each other. However, in order to replace the pressurizing roller, complicated components including the guide plate and the mounting plate must be disassembled and reassembled, so that much time and labor are consumed.
In the roll forming process of the iron plate, a strong impact is instantaneously provided to the elevation guide in which the pressing roller is fixed to the supporting table by the elevating structure by the iron plate which is inserted between the supporting roller and the pressing roller.
However, in the related art, there is no buffer structure capable of buffering impact provided to the elevation guide through the pressure roller, so frequent breakage of the elevation guide is caused. In addition, It is difficult to perform maintenance by exchanging the elevation guide. In this field, the entire support including the elevation guide is replaced and repaired, which causes an excessive cost.
Since the conventional roll bending apparatus does not have a dedicated means for measuring the curvature of the roll formed curve pieces, it is possible to manufacture a plurality of curve pieces through a roll forming process, and then, through a measurement jig having a set curvature The curvature of each curved piece is measured and checked for defects, which is cumbersome and consumes manpower and time.
It is an object of the present invention, which is devised to overcome the above-described problems, to produce a curved piece of a set curvature by inserting a planar steel plate into a curved piece of various curvatures through simple replacement of a pressure roller having various diameters And to provide a roll banding device capable of real-time inspection of defects through curvature measurement of curve-formed curve pieces.
