Description

[0001] APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DETECTING FLUID LEAK [0002]

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for detecting a fluid leakage.

Storage tanks containing various hazardous chemicals are installed and managed in the discharge wall. A flow path surrounding the storage tanks is disposed in the discharge wall, and toxic chemicals leaking from the storage tanks are discharged to the outside through the flow path. Leaking toxic chemicals can pollute the environment and damage the human body.

Since a plurality of storage tanks are installed in the discharge wall, it is difficult to detect leakage of toxic chemicals, and it is difficult to check which storage tank has leaked even if it is recognized that toxic chemicals have leaked. Therefore, it can lead to bigger accidents after toxic chemical leaks, or it can be extended to bigger damage.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a fluid leakage detection device capable of detecting leakage of a storage fluid stored in a fluid storage tank.

The present invention provides a fluid leakage detection method capable of detecting leakage of a storage fluid stored in a fluid storage tank.

Other objects of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings.

The apparatus for sensing leakage of a storage fluid by comparing a storage fluid stored in a fluid storage tank with a sensing fluid sensed at an adjacent position of the fluid storage tank, A fluid voltage measurement unit for measuring an intrinsic voltage value according to a resistance value of the sensing fluid in contact with the storage fluid and a resistance value of the sensing fluid and an intrinsic voltage value of the sensing fluid, And a fluid leakage analyzer for comparing the measured values of the stored fluid to determine whether the stored fluid is leaked.

The fluid leakage analyzer may determine that the storage fluid has leaked if the intrinsic voltage value of the sensing fluid matches the intrinsic voltage value of the storage fluid.

The fluid leakage detection apparatus may further include a data storage unit for storing the intrinsic voltage value of the storage fluid and providing the intrinsic voltage value of the storage fluid to the fluid leakage analysis unit. The data storage unit may store the intrinsic voltage value of the sensing fluid, and may provide the intrinsic voltage value of the sensing fluid to the fluid leakage analyzer.

The fluid leakage detection apparatus may further include a fluid leakage alarm unit for alerting the leakage of the storage fluid when the fluid leakage analysis unit determines that the storage fluid has leaked.

A method of sensing a leakage of a storage fluid by comparing a storage fluid stored in a fluid storage tank with a sensing fluid sensed at an adjacent position of the fluid storage tank according to embodiments of the present invention, Measuring an intrinsic voltage value according to a resistance value due to contact with a variable resistance of the storage fluid, measuring an intrinsic voltage value according to a resistance value by contact with the variable resistance of the sensing fluid, And comparing the intrinsic voltage value with the intrinsic voltage value of the sensing fluid to determine whether the storage fluid is leaking.

If the intrinsic voltage value of the sensing fluid matches the intrinsic voltage value of the storage fluid, it can be determined that the storage fluid has leaked.

The fluid leakage detection method may further include a step of alerting the leakage of the storage fluid when it is determined that the storage fluid has leaked.

According to the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to accurately detect whether the storage fluid stored in the fluid storage tank leaks or not. Information on the leaked storage fluid can be grasped accurately and quickly. Fluid leakage and fluid leakage information can be immediately communicated to regulatory authorities to expedite the handling and response of leaked fluids. Thus, it is possible to prevent an accident from occurring due to fluid leakage and damage.

The fluid treatment furnace 40 connects the flow path 30 to the wastewater treatment plant 50 to move the fluid leaking from the fluid storage tank 20 to the wastewater treatment plant 50. A drainage path (60) can be connected to the fluid treatment furnace (40). The flowing water in the flow path 30 can be discharged through the drainage path 60. A device such as a valve for opening and closing the fluid treatment path 40 and the drain passage 60 may be installed in an area where the drainage path 60 is connected in the fluid treatment path 40,

The fluid leakage sensing device 100 is used to measure the first intrinsic voltage value V 1 according to the resistance value of the first storage fluid 21a stored in the first fluid storage tank 21, ). Second specific voltage value corresponding to the resistance value due to contact with a variable resistance (Ra) of the second reservoir fluid (22a) stored in the second liquid storage tank 22 by using a fluid leakage detecting device (100), (V 2 ). The third unique voltage value corresponding to the resistance value due to contact with a variable resistance (Ra) of the third storage fluid (23a) stored in the third fluid storage tank 23 by using a fluid leakage detecting device (100), (V 3 ). When it is determined that the storage fluid 21a, 22a, 23a is leaked by the fluid leakage analyzer 130, the fluid leakage alarm unit 140 determines that the storage fluid 21a, 22a, 23a has leaked from the fluid storage tank 20 Alarm. The fluid leakage alarm 140 may include a display device and may display fluid leakage information through the display device. For example, if the intrinsic voltage value Va of the sensing fluid is the first intrinsic voltage value V 1 , the fluid leakage alarm unit 140 may detect that the first storage fluid 21a is in the first fluid storage tank 21 It can be displayed through the display device. In addition, the fluid leakage alarm unit 140 may sound an alarm or provide an alarm signal to the management institution 200.
