Claims (5)

A first unit composed of a polishing unit mounted for grinding the blade, which rotates the rotary blade and drives the cutting arm equipped with the blade with the crank shaft up and down;
A second unit equipped with a clamp unit attached to the front and rear sides so as to stably catch and cut the jumbo roll toilet paper, to adjust the inner diameter of the clamp according to the standard of the toilet paper, and to automatically operate to correspond to the widths of various articles; And
A third unit mounted with a sensor for receiving a jumbo roll toilet paper from an external device so as to enable stable introduction of the product and equipped with a guide for deflection of the conveying roller chain and maintaining a stable posture of the toilet paper roll mounted on the roller chain;
And a fourth unit consisting of two rows of conveyors and the outlet guide being adjusted,
Wherein the first, second, third, and fourth units are arranged in a schematic manner.
The method according to claim 1,
The first unit includes:
A cutting arm constituted by a connecting rod whose length is adjusted with the crankshaft and on which a rotating blade is mounted,
And a polishing unit having a structure corresponding to a change in the diameter of the blade.
The method according to claim 1,
The second unit comprising:
A toilet paper guide equipped with a rack gear device for adjusting the clamp so as to correspond to diameters of various standards of toilet paper,
A rack gear box provided above the guide for adjusting the diameter of the toilet paper to be appropriate,
An air pressure cylinder for driving the clamp after the rack gear box rotating part is fixed,
A second unit mounted on the front, back, right, and left sides of the upper surface,
Wherein a motor and a speed reducer are mounted for driving the chain to be transported in correspondence with the width of the toilet paper of the finished product.
The method according to claim 1,
Wherein the third unit comprises: an adjustment device for simultaneously adjusting the guide by one adjustment corresponding to the change of the diameter of the toilet paper;
A chain guide for preventing deflection of the roller chain,
A toilet paper mound guide for mounting a bearing on the toilet paper mound and guiding the bearing is mounted,
And a sensor for detecting the position of the jumbo roll toilet paper is mounted on the guide side.
The method according to claim 1,
Wherein the fourth unit comprises a guide which is adjustable in correspondence with a change in diameter of the toilet paper,
And a conveyor composed of two lines of conveyor belts formed by avoiding the interference of the toilet paper plunger.
