Description

METHOD OF MATCHING TOURIST TO GUIDE WITH REALTIME USING MOBILE APPLICATION [0002]

The present invention relates to travel services. And particularly to travel services provided using electronic devices and network technologies.

It costs money to travel. There was an old effort to save money, and as a result, a travel company was born. The travel specialist company has made a travel business with the "peeled mulch". Plan the same trip and sell it to many users. Tour products are sold through various routes such as online, offline, and home shopping. The more tourists who buy the goods, the lower the travel cost. Naturally, the cost to pay for each person is low. Such expenditures include airfare, lodging, transfer, sightseeing, and guide costs. Travel becomes more popular.

But there were also side effects. Travel goods become uniform. Travelers are tied to a schedule set by the company. Bondi travel to enjoy freedom. Freedom from everyday life. Such freedom is dependent on the plan to a travel company. And are bound by relationships with other travelers who have purchased the same item on the same schedule. Travel is limited by interference, notices and obligations of others. I might be able to express it like this. There is a travel specialist company to restrict travelers' travel. The travel company forces the traveler to schedule the platform.

Korean Patent Publication No. 2013-0035659. This patent discloses how to provide overseas travel guide service. It is the essence of this patent to create a platform for the platform. We create a large-scale platform by joining various travel specialists. And after you've registered a lot of travel schedules, let the traveler choose the schedule. I will manage from the beginning to the end of the trip. Convenient if convenient. It will be cheap. But what will happen to travelers who want to travel freely without using such a platform?

Travel is not always possible. It takes time to travel. Valuable time. There is a workplace, a family, and a school. The time that you have to make it hard is worth the maximum. The inventors of the present invention believe that travel should be more free from travel goods. But the world needs more money in exchange for freedom, and it has to be resolved somehow.

Fortunately, tickets and accommodation can be bought by individuals freely. There are many sites available. Even if you do not purchase travel products, you can plan a minimum trip. If so, it is the journey itself. How will you travel locally? Eventually it becomes a problem of the guide. The guide can be found through a travel company. However, it is difficult for travelers to find a guide that matches their chosen schedule. It was also difficult to find a guide that would suit travelers' knowledge, taste, and preparedness. In short, it was difficult to get a guide for a traveler's schedule and traveler's level through a travel company. In addition, the pool of guides employed by travel specialists was limited.

In the end, travelers often abandoned guiding themselves. Without a guide, the depth and breadth of travel is reduced. There are various inconveniences. If you hired a guide to get rid of the inconvenience, you would have a problem that it was too expensive, or that taste and emotion did not fit. The trip became a tale.

In order to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have all struggled. After long discussing and exchanging opinions and researching and endeavoring, the present invention has been completed.

It is an object of the present invention to propose a new matching method for travelers and guides. The guide of the present invention is not defined as a part of a travel product. The present invention is thus free from the relationship between the traveler and the travel product. Guides are also free from travel goods. Travelers and guides are matched through a network of free individuals.

Of course, being able to connect through the network does not mean that travelers and guides will match. The network world is complex and wide and can not be matched unless certain instruments are specified in the data. Therefore, another object of the present invention is to provide a hardware / software means for matching a traveler with a guide. And it must be able to guarantee real-time matching.

Another object of the present invention is to expand the pool of guides while at the same time promoting the richness of travel by allowing travelers to search for guides that are appropriate to their schedule and level. In the system of the present invention, the guide does not belong to any company. The guide is personal and is registered as a standalone system (and so is the traveler). Ideally, anyone can be a guide.

In the meantime, other objects not specifically described in the present invention will be further considered within the scope of the following detailed description and easily deduced from the effects thereof.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides:

To the matching server.

In the method for real-time matching between a traveler and a guide using a mobile application according to any one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, the guide information in step (b) may include at least one of image, text, Format. ≪ / RTI >

In addition, in a method for real-time matching between a traveler and a guide using a mobile application according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the travel level data may include one or more of the following:

(1) tourist information on nationality, age, sex, and personnel;

(2) guide time;

(3) estimated costs;

(4) travel note of interest.

In addition, a method for real-time matching between a traveler and a guide using a mobile application according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method comprising steps (c) and (d)

(x) the matching server discloses a new guide service request event of a traveler account with a guide account registered in the region; And

(y) the guide mobile device subscribes while presenting the guide price to the traveler's account.

In addition, in a method for real-time matching between a traveler and a guide using a mobile application according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a list of the guide accounts may be classified into a cumulative customer rating index or guide And further rearranging in price order.

In a real-time matching method between a traveler and a guide using a mobile application according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the real-time matching is performed in the step (e), the matching server :

(1) provision of additional user information of the traveler mobile device and / or the guide mobile device;

(2) tourist-guide activated real-time chat function; And

(3) Execution of payment event

It is possible to execute one or more events.

According to the solving means of the present invention as described above, it is possible to easily employ a guide without using a travel product sold by a travel specialty company. It also has the great effect that travelers and guides can freely match each other in real time, without the help of a company that employs professional travel guides. This is similar to the way travelers and guides make connections through social networks. Travelers register for travel zones and travel levels to network, guides provide networking while presenting pricing, and matching servers provide credibility by providing a customer rating index.

As described above, according to the present invention, travelers can plan and enjoy a customized trip according to their own level, and can extend the guide pool because they can participate in the real-time matching system of the present invention even if they are not professional guides.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a traveler can register various travel schedules in a specific area and subscribe to the guide in a reverse auction manner according to the travel schedule. It is also a great advantage of the present invention that cheaper and more flexible guide matching is possible. This makes travel more prosperous.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may obscure the subject matter of the present invention.

1 shows a schematic system configuration according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The system of the present invention includes a matching server 1 and N (N is an integer greater than zero) traveler mobile devices 10 and P (P is an integer greater than zero) guide mobile devices 20. These devices 10 and 20 each have a pre-registered subscriber account.

These devices 10,20 are preferably smartphones. It may also be a tablet PC or a wearable device. If a traveler-guide matching mobile application 50, 51 is installed in the memory of the devices 10, 20, it has the status as a device of the present invention. This is because the traveler mobile device 10 and the guide mobile device 20 are matched using traveler-guide matching mobile application software.

The matching server 1 provides this traveler-guide matching mobile application 50, 51. It guarantees a series of processes related to real-time matching requested through an application, takes charge of data processing, transmission and reception, and manages resources. The matching server 1 may be composed of a plurality of server devices including one or more hardware and / or software devices. In addition, the matching server 1 has a plurality of databases. The database 2 records information about the guide. The database (3) stores information on travelers. In addition, you can have additional databases to ensure security processing and functionality, such as log databases, billing databases, content databases, and more.

Basically, the system of the present invention connects and communicates with each other through a mobile communication network or a wireless Internet. At this time, the matching server 1 manages the application platform. Of course, the system configuration of the present invention as shown in Fig. 1 does not exclude networking in other ways. The system of the present invention is based < Mobile App > The protection scope of the present invention should be noted if the technical idea of the present invention is implemented using a mobile application. However, for example, a user terminal may be a desktop computer, rather than a mobile device, or it may be possible to access the Internet site using the web. Even if the added part itself is outside the scope of the present invention, it is difficult to avoid the protection scope of the present invention merely by adding such a real-time matching service based on the mobile app.

Fig. 2 schematically shows the meaning of the present invention in terms of a user and a server. The matching server described above conceptually provides and manages the application platform 500. The traveler mobile device 10 and the guide mobile device 20 run application software and connect to the application platform 500 in real time. That is to say, the application platform 500 categorizes and independently guarantees the process of the traveler's process and the guide separately. However, the traveler's process is to find the desired guide. Likewise, the process of the guide is to find travelers who will receive the guide service. Thus, each other requires each other, and the application platform 500 of the present invention matches its needs in real time.

The principle is largely this. The traveler mobile device 10 runs the traveler-guide matching mobile application and connects to the application platform 500. And register tourist needs. Tourist needs include travel location information and travel level data for which a traveler wishes to receive a guide service. Of course, the date of travel is also included.

Travel level data can include one or more of the following data:

- tourist information on nationality, age, sex, and personnel (in particular, nationality may be omitted as necessary;

- Guide time. For example, from a few hours to a few hours can be set to hourly;

- expected cost. Refers to the budget cost expected when hiring a guide; And

- Travel note of interest. You can take notes on travelers' interests, preferences, preferences, and notes.

It is possible to provide various user interface means for the user to input the above travel level data conveniently. For example, various types of control boxes such as a combo box and a text box can be provided. In addition, the above data can be uploaded in one or more formats of moving picture, still picture, text, and voice.

On the other hand, in the case of a travel interest note, it may be to select various predetermined categories. Such categories may include travel themes and local courses. Travel themes can include restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping malls, accommodations, education, concerts, and drama venues. Special-purpose trips such as study abroad, immigration, and employment can also be included in the classification.

The guide mobile device 20 may also run a traveler-guide matching mobile application to connect to the application platform 500. [ And register the guide needs. The guide needs include service data provided by the guide. Includes information on travel areas that provide guides and guide level data. The guide level data may include guide costs, content of the guide service, and personal information about the guide. Likewise, it is possible to provide various user interface means for the user to easily input guide level data. For example, a combo box and a text box may be provided. In addition, the above data can be uploaded in one or more formats of moving picture, still picture, text, and voice.

Fig. 3 schematically shows the meaning of the present invention from the perspective of users. The user is classified into the traveler 11 and the guide 21. In the present invention, two matching operations can be performed. The first match is a match related to the travel area. The matching of the guide location request information 17 registered by the traveler 11 and the service location registration information 27 of the guide can be automatically executed through application execution. The GPS module of each user's device can be executed and matched, or the data can be matched using data registered by the user.

On the other hand, the tour level 19 and the guide level 29 can be negotiated through device events of the respective users 11 and 21, that is to say. The matching server provides the guide 21 with the information registered in the traveler 11 and similarly provides the traveler 11 with information about the guide 21. Then, each user proceeds a negotiation event using the information that can be browsed through the app. Someone chooses someone and asks. The other party accepts or rejects it. So through negotiation through networking, travelers can freely find guides in the area they want. Guides can easily get real-time travelers to sell services.

As described above, in the present invention, the traveler-guide matching mobile application software is installed in the mobile device of the user in advance (web service and web service can be separately provided, of course, ). FIG. 4 shows a main configuration example of a traveler-guide matching mobile application software 100 (hereinafter abbreviated as " application ") according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

The matching module 110 is a means for displaying the result of matching the traveler with the guide using the information registered in the tourist information DB and the guide information DB on the device screen. In matching the traveler with the guide, travel level data and guide level data are used, as described in Figures 2 and 3. Specified travel areas are matched first, followed by tourist and guide levels. Considering the computing power of the device, rather than allowing the application matching module 110 to perform the actual matching operation, the matching server allows the matching operation to be performed, and the matching module 110 requests the result and displays it on the screen .

The GPS module 113 activates GPS position information embedded in the mobile device and transmits the position information to the matching server.

The messaging module 115 may activate the real time chatting functionality between the traveler mobile device and the guide mobile device.

The wireless communication support module 117 ensures communication of the application 100 through the communication module of the device according to the protocol of the operating system software of the mobile device.

The administrator module 119 supports a user management module for setting the environment of the application 100, modifying, changing, and updating the functions.

The guide search module 121 or the traveler search module 131 provides means for searching guides and travelers recorded in the guide information database of the matching server and the travel information database, respectively.

The tourist list needs uploader 123 and the guide needs uploader 133 provide means for uploading the traveler side data and the guide side data described in FIG. 2 to the matching server.

Each module of these applications 100 is stored in the memory of the device while meeting the specifications of the operating system software. Their operation is performed through the instruction of the processor of the device.
