Claims (15)
A polygonal electrode connection portion having at least five internal angles, and a fine line portion extending from one vertex of the electrode connection portion and electrically connected to an end of the electrode.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 1, wherein an angle formed between a longitudinal direction of the narrow line portion and one side of the electrode connection portion is an obtuse angle at a point where the electrode connection portion and the thin line portion meet.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 1, wherein the electrode connection portion is arranged such that the first row electrode connection portion and the second row electrode connection portion are alternately arranged.
4. The electrode connection pad according to claim 3, wherein the sum of the vertex angles of the three electrode connection portions whose vertex angles are adjacent to each other among the first row electrode connection portion and the second row electrode connection portion is 360 DEG.
4. The electrode connection pad according to claim 3, wherein the area ratio of the first row electrode connecting portion to the second row electrode connecting portion is 1: 0.8 to 1.2.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 1, wherein the electrode connection portion is connected to another conductive member.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 1, wherein the electrode connection portion is formed to include at least one of a metal, a conductive metal oxide, and a conductive carbon.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 1, wherein the electrode connection portion includes a metal core portion and a conductive non-metallic coating layer.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 8, wherein the metal core portion is formed of a plurality of layers.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 8, wherein the conductive non-metallic coating layer is formed of a plurality of layers.
The electrode connection pad according to claim 1, wherein the electrode connection pad further includes an insulating layer on the upper portion, and the insulating layer includes a predetermined hole such that at least a part of the upper surface of all the electrode connecting portions is exposed.
12. The electrode connection pad according to claim 11, wherein at least a part of the upper surface of the electrode connection portion is connected to another conductive member in the hole portion of the insulating layer.
An electronic device comprising the electrode connection pad according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
An image display device comprising the electrode connection element of claim 13.
