Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing a fin of a fin tube, and more particularly, to an apparatus for removing an unnecessary excess pin among the pins wound around the outer diameter of a fin tube.
In general, a large number of heat exchangers are employed for the purpose of exchanging heat with refrigeration and air conditioning equipment such as a refrigerator and an air conditioner. The fin tube used as such a heat exchanger is composed of a tube tube in the shape of a cylinder, and a pin wound in a spiral shape on the outer surface of the tube tube.
In this connection, Korean Patent No. 10-0114011, No. 10-0556761, No. 10-0830724, and the like have variously disclosed.
Such a pin is attached to the outer surface of the tube tube by welding or the like. When removing an unnecessary pin, a work for removing the pin is usually performed by hand, which requires a lot of time and effort. Therefore, there is a problem that the safety of the operator is not guaranteed and the work efficiency is lowered.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and to provide an apparatus capable of effectively removing an extra pin wound on a fin tube.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a device that can be used not only for fin tubes but also for removing foreign matter adhered to the outer surface of pipes, valves, and the like.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for removing fins of a fin tube, including a tube tube formed of a tube body, and a plurality of fins wound on the outer surface of the tube tube at regular intervals And a supporting end formed at one end for shielding one end of the housing and having a central hole penetrating left and right at a center thereof, A support portion which is received in a tube tube accommodated in one side of the center hole of the support frame and the other side of which is fixed to the inner surface of the tube tube; And a pin removing unit installed in the longitudinal direction and spaced apart from the supporting unit to reciprocate toward the supporting unit.

The pin removing unit includes a cylindrical moving member provided on the outer side of the support frame and installed to be capable of moving left and right, and a pin removing unit that is screwed to one end of the moving member and is attached to the outer surface of the tube tube, And a removing blade for removing the pin.

According to the present invention, the work for removing unnecessary pins from the pins wound on the fin tube is easily solved by a removal device, not a manual operation, so that the work efficiency is improved.
The removal device removes the pin as the removal blade mounted on the removal device is advanced by the hydraulic pressure in a state of being coupled to the inside of the fin tube, thereby making it possible to secure the user's safety at the time of operation, There is an advantage that the time can be shortened.
In addition to the fin tube, there is an advantage that it can be applied to various apparatuses such as removing foreign matters attached to the outer surface of a tool such as a pipe or a valve.
