상기 분쇄날에 어느 일 부분을 절취하고, 그 절취부분 사이를 연결하는 소폭의 평판형으로 이루는 편철 상에 상기 회전축과는 교차방향이며 상기 분쇄날의 회전방향과는 병행한 방향으로 설치되는 날들이 병설되어 구성된 회동파쇄요소들과, 상기 처리조의 내벽에서 상기 회동파쇄요소들의 회전 궤도상으로 배치되어 그 회동파쇄요소들과 상호 교합하는 날형의 고정파쇄요소들로 이룬 파쇄구조;
상기 처리조의 일 측에 연이어 구비되는 정화수조;
