Abstract

The present invention relates to a milk bottle sterilizer which has functions of ultraviolet ray sterilization, hot air drying, and negative ion deodorization. Also, a cap type support made of a synthetic resin is installed in a sterilizer main body for a discharge pin which penetrates a metallic inner cover, for enhancing the stability of using the milk bottle sterilizer including the metallic inner cover mounted in a sterilization chamber. Also, the discharge pin is installed to a boss formed to be shorter than the support piece, and stays inside the support piece without being exposed towards the inner cover, thereby only allowing negative ions to be emitted.

Description

MILK BOTTLE STERILIZER

The present invention relates to a bottle sterilizer having a deodorizing function using anion for ultraviolet sterilization and hot air drying.

Hygiene is particularly important for infants with weak immunity, so it is desirable to sterilize used bottles. The bottle sterilizer is a special device for disinfecting the used bottle, and ultraviolet rays, plasma, high-temperature steam, etc. are used as sterilization sources.

The bottle sterilizer in use is likely to be odorous in the disinfection room as the frequency of use increases. This is caused by the decay of remaining milk in the bottle, incomplete drying, and the absence of a deodorizing device.

Some of the bottle sterilizers are designed to remove the odors from the disinfection room by anion such as the registered utility models 20-121578 and 20-314132.

The electron is sterilized with ultraviolet rays, and the anion generated by the reaction between the negative electron and the neutrons in the air in the negative electron reaction room is supplied to the anion oxygen shower by the air pump, and a series of internal structures from the generation of anion to the step of anion oxygen shower And the anion generated by the high-pressure discharge is not sufficient.

In the latter, the anion generating device is mounted on the ceiling of the disinfection room so that the generated negative ions are diffused into the disinfection room through the holes in the ceiling. Since the anion generating device is not specifically described, the details can not be grasped.

Conventionally, the disinfection chamber of a bottle disinfector is a non-conductive synthetic resin. The disinfecting room made of synthetic resin has a weak deodorizing ability due to the property of absorbing a part of anion. In order to compensate for this, the anion generator should be operated more or more. Then, the burden of the purchase cost is increased in the case of the consumer, and the waste of electric power and the additional cost are burdensome.

Nevertheless, as shown in FIG. 5, even if the discharge electrode pin 6 is exposed to the sterilization chamber in the sterilizer main body 1 in order to deodorize the sterilization chamber, the spark phenomenon does not occur because the sterilization chamber is nonconductive. Reference numeral 13 denotes a high voltage generator for generating negative ions.

In recent years, there has been known a structure in which a metal (stainless steel sheet) inner skin is provided inside a sterilizer, a synthetic resin is used for the outer skin, and a metal disinfection chamber is formed for the inner skin.

In the case of metal endothelium (disinfection chamber), the preference of metallic endothelium is great because it has a superior effect on the reflection function of the ultraviolet light source and the heat energy holding function of the heat supply device. In addition to the functions described above, it is necessary to provide an anion generating device in the disinfection room in order to remove the odor.

It is easy to install the anion generator in the disinfection room made of synthetic resin, but there are many restrictions to install the anion generator in the disinfection room of metal, and the high energy negative ion electrons collide with the metal endothelium and the flame is generated. The spark could get burned and there is a risk of electric shock.

Analyzing the cause, it was revealed that the discharge electrode pin was exposed to the metal endothelium, so that only the negative ion should be emitted, and also the anion discharge electromagnetic wave was emitted together.

Registered utility model 20-121578 Registered utility model 20-314132

An object of the present invention is to enhance the safety of use of a bottle sterilizer in which an anion deodorizing device for deodorization is securely mounted in a disinfection room equipped with a metal disinfection unit equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization, a hot air drying and an air circulation device.

The above-described object of the present invention can be achieved by isolating the discharge electrode fins from the metal inner skin to release the negative ions, but not to cause sparking in the metal disinfection chamber. That is, a cap type support made of a synthetic resin for a discharge electrode pin which penetrates a metal inner skin is installed on the main body of the sterilizer and a discharge electrode pin is installed so as not to be exposed to the inner skin, Can be accomplished with a bottle sterilizer.

The present invention can be safely used because a spark phenomenon does not occur even if a discharge electrode pin for anion release is applied to a bottle sterilizer equipped with a metallic inner skin.

4 is an exploded view of the discharge electrode pin of the present invention,
FIG. 5 is an illustration of an anion generating unit side of a conventional bottle disinfector in which a discharging electrode pin is installed in a bottle disinfector equipped with a non-conductor disinfection chamber

1, the present invention is characterized in that a metal inner skin 2 is mounted on an inner disinfection chamber of a body 1 of a bottle disinfector, and on the back wall of the metal inner skin 2, a ventilation opening 3 for drying and ventilation, (5), and an anion discharge electrode pin (6) fitted to the support (5). Further, an ultraviolet sterilizing device 7 is provided on the ceiling of the inner skin 2. [

The negative ions generated by the high energy emitted by the discharge electrode pin 6 inserted in the support 5 flow into the inner skin 2 through the inlet 9 and are circulated While contributing to the drying of the loaded bottle and the inside of the endothelium (2), and then escapes to the exhaust port.

3, the present invention is characterized in that the negative ion generating device can be safely installed on the metal inner skin 2 and used.

The support 5 used for fixing the discharge electrode pin 6 of the negative ion generator of the present invention is formed of a non-conductive material (synthetic resin) which does not cause sparking even when installed in a metal disinfection chamber. And a boss 5a is integrally formed at the center thereof in parallel with the support 5.

The boss 5a is a tubular hole, which is an element for supporting the discharge electrode pin 6 in a non-moving manner by pushing the discharge electrode pin 6 from the rear side, and is formed as an oblique hole which gradually narrows toward the front.

The boss 5a is inserted into the boss 5a such that the discharge electrode pin 6 does not protrude beyond the tip of the support 5 so that the discharged electrons are discharged to the inner surface 2 Is formed to be shorter than the support (5) so as not to be contacted, thereby preventing the spark phenomenon. In other words, the support 5 is elongated and the boss 5a is formed in a round shape.

The flange 5b extending from the rear wall of the support 5 is extended over the outer edge of the insertion hole 14 of the main body 1 to stabilize the fitting state of the support 5. [

A fixing plate 11 is mounted on the rear wall of the support 5 including the flange 5b and the support 5 is fixed by fastening the bolt 12 to the back wall of the main body 1.

The discharge electrode pin 6 connected to the high voltage generator 13 for generating negative ions is connected to the center 5 of the support 5 fixed through the insertion hole 14 in the back wall of the main body 1 and the hole 15 in the inner skin 2. [ So as to be pressed against the boss 5a. At this time, the discharge electrode pin 6 is hidden so as to be hidden in the tip of the support 5. This is an absolute installation procedure for preventing the spark from the endothelium 2 due to the discharge.

Even though the metal inner skin (2) is applied, the bottle sterilizer can be safely used because the spark due to the discharge electrode pin (6), which is essential for generation of anion necessary for deodorization in the disinfection chamber, does not occur.

Fig. 4 is a three-dimensional view showing the shape and structure of the discharge electrode pin support 5 to help understand the features.
