Description
The present invention relates to a cooling water flow path stopper mounting mechanism, and more particularly, to a cooling water flow path stopper mounting mechanism capable of easily installing and dismounting a cooling water flow path stopper at a deep position of a cooling water flow path of a metal mold.
In general, the injection mold operation uses various molds depending on the product, and heat is generated in the process of molding the product.
If the heat generated in the mold is not cooled sufficiently, there arises a problem that the product is stuck to the mold. In order to solve such a problem, a cooling water passage is formed in the mold and cooling water is supplied through the cooling water passage Respectively.
The cooling water flow path is formed to have a plurality of openings on the surface of the mold. One of the openings (selected in accordance with the shape of the mold product) maintains the open state as an inlet and an outlet for circulating cooling water through the cooling water flow path, And is sealed by a cooling water flow passage stopper.
A cooling water flow stopper for a mold used for this purpose is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 20-0456158.
In the case of the cooling water flow path stopper of the metal mold disclosed in the above document, the sealing between the outer surface of the female stopper portion and the inner circumferential surface of the cooling water flow path can be increased, and the mold cooling water flow path stopper can be easily installed in or removed from the metal mold . However, the cooling water flow path stopper of the mold disclosed in this document has a problem that it is not easy to install or disassemble the cooling water flow path stopper at a deep position of the cooling water flow path.
The applicant of the present application, therefore, proposes a new type of cooling water flow passage through Prior Art 20-2015-0007430. However, in order to implement these prior art designs, it is required to install a cooling water pipe plug fitting device suitable for designing the prior application. Applicant hereby proposes a mounting mechanism applicable to the design of the prior application through the application of the present application.
The present invention is intended to provide a cooling water flow path stopper mounting mechanism capable of easily installing and dismounting a cooling water flow path stopper of a metal mold at a deep position of a cooling water flow path of a metal mold.
