Abstract

The present invention relates to a printing paper sheet including pulp extracted from citrus peel, and to a note-taking product, such as a notebook, a pocketbook, and a memo sheet, using the same. In particular, the printing paper sheet of the present invention is produced by using mixed pulp made of 5-95 wt% of citrus peel pulp extracted from citrus peel of tangerine, lemon, orange, citrus kiyomi, and citrus hallabong and 5-95 wt% of wood pulp. The produced printing paper sheet is used as a general copy paper sheet or a printing paper sheet, and a note-taking product such as a notebook, a pocketbook, and a memo sheet can be produced by using the same. The printing paper sheet containing citrus peel pulp according to the present invention has excellent strength and opacity. Also, waste generated during a citrus processing process is recycled, so production costs are low and environmental contamination can be reduced.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a printing paper including pulp of citrus peel,

The present invention relates to a printing paper comprising citrus pulp pulp, and more particularly, to a printing paper produced by mixing citrus pulp with the obtained pulp and wood pulp.

Citrus fruits including citrus fruits and oranges are used as raw materials for a variety of processed foods including beverages in addition to being consumed in ordinary households, and a large amount of bark is generated in this process. Some of the shells are used as herbal medicinal materials or animal feed, but the amount is only a small fraction, and most of them are discarded, and some are even illegally dumped and polluted the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to search for ways to block pollution causes of terrestrial and marine pollution and to create new added value by recycling citrus peels.

As one of such methods, the present inventor has previously provided a method for preparing Korean paper by extracting fibers from citrus pulp from a paper containing citrus peel fiber, and then mixing the resultant with dodecafil before Korean invention No. 669109. However, in order to produce high-quality products, it is difficult to mass-produce the product because it has to undergo a manual process, and thus the consumption of citrus peel is limited.

Accordingly, the present inventors have found that by providing a method for producing a printing paper using pulp extracted from a citrus peel, it is possible to provide a printing paper which consumes a large amount of citrus peel and is satisfactory in terms of cost and strength, I want to provide the same writing goods.

An object of the present invention is to provide a printing paper excellent in strength and opacity by using pulp produced from discarded citrus leaves as a material for printing paper.

It is a further object of the present invention to reduce the cost of printing paper as well as environmental pollution by recycling the wastes generated in the processing of citrus fruits.

The printing paper of the present invention is prepared by using a mixed pulp composed of 5 to 95% by weight of citrus pulp pulp extracted from citrus peels such as citrus, lemon, orange, blue crab and hara bong and 5 to 95% by weight of wood pulp, A printing paper can be used as a normal copy paper or a printing paper, and a writing article such as a notebook, a notebook, and a note can be manufactured using the same.

For reference, in the present invention, citrus fruits collectively refers to citrus fruits such as citrus fruits, lemons, oranges, bluegrass, and hara bong, and citrus pulp refers to pulp extracted from citrus peels such as citrus fruits, lemons, oranges, .

The process for producing the printing paper of the present invention comprises the steps of producing pulp of citrus pulp and paper making step, and the step of preparing the pulp of citrus pulp comprises a preparation step of raw material, a step of digestion, a step of purification and purification, And the paper making step comprises pulp mixing and dissolving, beating, chemical addition, rectifying and papermaking, pressing and drying, calendering and cutting.

In the production step of the citrus pulp pulp, impurities contained in the citrus peel in the raw material preparation step are removed and washed with water.

When the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is too low or the boiling time is too short, the digestion becomes incomplete. If the concentration of sodium hydroxide is too high or the boiling time is too long, It is preferable to increase the strength and yield of the pulp due to the damage, so that it is preferably steamed for 20 to 50 minutes in an aqueous solution of 2 to 5% by weight of sodium hydroxide.

In the vibration suppression and cleanup stages, centrifugal damper is used to remove the foreign matter mixed in the fibers and to equalize the size of the fibers.

In the washing and concentration stages, the fibers are washed with water and dehydrated to remove chemicals and the like, and the fibers are concentrated to produce a citrus pulp pulp.

If the amount of the citrus pulp pulp is too small, the effect of cost reduction and strength enhancement is deteriorated. If the amount of the citrus pulp pulp is too large, It is preferable that 5 to 95% by weight of citrus pulp pulp and 5 to 95% by weight of wood pulp are mixed based on the dry weight. Mixed pulp is dissociated by adding water.

In the beating stage, the mixed and dissociated pulp is refined using a refiner.

In the chemical addition step, the additives are mixed according to need, so as to impart characteristics according to the intended use of the paper. The additives such as a sizing agent, a strength enhancer, a retention agent, a defoaming agent, If necessary, a medicine for preventing blur of the ink or the generation of static electricity may be further mixed.

In the selection and papermaking stages, the pulp is uniformly picked up, the foreign matter is removed, and the paper is papermaking.

In the pressing and drying step, paper is squeezed, dehydrated and dried.

In the calendering and cutting step, the thickness of the paper is made uniform and cut in the form of a sheet or a roll to produce a printing paper.

The printing paper produced through the above process is excellent in strength and opacity, and recycles waste generated in the process of citrus fruit processing. Thus, the manufacturing cost is low, and it can be used as ordinary copy paper, printing paper, Writing goods can be used for manufacturing.

The printing paper containing the citrus pulp pulp of the present invention is excellent in strength and opacity, and recycles the waste generated in the process of citrus fruit processing, and thus has a low manufacturing cost and reduces environmental pollution.

The following examples are provided to aid understanding of the present invention.

[Example 1]

[Practical step 1-1] Preparation of citrus pulp pulp

Citrus peels were prepared, the impurities were removed, washed with water, and the solution was added to a 5 wt% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide for 30 minutes. Then, the extracted fibers were removed by centrifugal separator, cleaned and washed with water Dehydrated to prepare citrus pulp pulp.

[Practical example 1-2] Production of paper

The citrus pulp pulp and the wood pulp were mixed at a weight ratio of 1:19 based on the dry weight, and water corresponding to 9 times the weight of the pulp was added and dissolved. After dissolution using a refiner, 5 g of the size and 5 g of the defoamer were added per kg. The prepared pulp was uniformly picked up, the foreign matter was removed, and the paper was papermaking in the form of paper, squeezed, dewatered and dried, and then the thickness of the paper was uniformly calendered and cut in the form of a sheet to produce a printing paper.

[Example 2]

[Practical step 2-1] Production of citrus pulp pulp

Citrus pulp pulp was prepared in the same manner as in the above step 1-1.

[Practical step 2-2] Production of paper

In the above step 1-2, print paper was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the citrus pulp pulp and the wood pulp were mixed at a weight ratio of 1: 1 based on the dry weight.

[Example 3]

[Practical step 3-1] Production of citrus pulp pulp

Citrus pulp pulp was prepared in the same manner as in the above step 1-1.

[Practical step 3-2] Production of paper

In the above Run 1-2, a printing paper was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the citrus pulp pulp and the wood pulp were mixed at a weight ratio of 19: 1 based on the dry weight.

The printing paper according to the present invention produced according to the above embodiments is excellent in strength and opacity as well as low in cost as compared with ordinary printing paper and is suitable for use as copy paper and printing paper, And the like.
