Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cushioning device for preventing disconnection of a cable, and more particularly, to a device for preventing a disconnection by buffering a pulling or bending force of a cable by winding a cable around a cylindrical device.
A typical cable can easily be damaged by pulling or bending. Therefore, users have to replace or repair the damaged cable after a certain period of time, depending on the use condition of the cable. However, there is almost no device to prevent cable disconnection regardless of cable usage. Some users have installed a member (for example, a spring or the like) having a size suitable for a cable in a terminal portion or wrapped an insulating tape to prevent disconnection of the cable by a temporary measure. However, these methods can reduce the damage caused by the breakage of the cable to a certain extent, but they have a disadvantage that it is difficult to prevent damage due to pulling.
According to the apparatus provided as one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the cable from being damaged due to bending or pulling.
By providing a cylindrical shock absorber at the cable terminal portion, it is possible to prevent disconnection of the cable caused by bending or pulling of the cable. Such a shock absorber of cylindrical shape can be constituted of a predetermined elastic material having an elastic force and a restoring force. Accordingly, since the cylindrical shock absorber absorbs the force that can be applied by bending or pulling of the cable, even if the cable is bent or stretched, the cable can be restored to its original shape, so that the damage of the cable can be minimized.
According to the shock absorber for preventing cable breakage of the present invention, a cylindrical device having elastic force and restoring force can be used, so that breaking of the cable can be prevented even if the cable is broken.
In addition, according to the shock absorber for preventing cable breakage of the present invention, a cylindrical device having elasticity and restoring force can be used. Therefore, even if the cable is pulled, the damage force due to pulling in the shock absorber can be absorbed, There is an effect that can be.

When a cable is pulled over a simple cylindrical device, such as a general flat cable, or a cylindrical device, the cylindrical device does not affect the force received by the cable. In other words, even if a cable is wrapped around a general cylindrical mechanism having no or no pattern on its surface or inside, such a cylindrical mechanism can not absorb and disperse the attractive force of the cable. Therefore, even if the cable is wound on the cylindrical mechanism, the cable can easily be damaged by the attraction due to pulling of the cable.
In a cylindrical device according to an embodiment of the present invention, a helical groove connected from the outside to the inside of the device is pierced so that the cable can absorb all the force pulled by the cylindrical device when the cable enters between the grooves and the cable is pulled. Therefore, according to the cylindrical device according to the embodiment of the present invention, disconnection due to pulling of the cable can be effectively prevented.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical device and the cable can be coupled by inserting and inserting the cable through the
The cylindrical device according to an embodiment of the present invention may be formed of a material having an elastic force and a restoring force so that the device can be restored to its original shape after being bent or stretched in the direction of an external force applied even when the device is bent or pulled by an external force have. For example, the cylindrical device may be formed of a material having elasticity and restoring force such as rubber or latex material.
In addition, the cylindrical device according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a spiral path spaced at predetermined intervals on the surface of the cylindrical device.
