{COVER FOR AIRTIGHT CONTAINER}

The present invention relates to a cover for a hermetically sealed container, and more particularly to a cover for a hermetically sealed container in which the cover can be easily separated from the container body.

A sealed container for storing contents such as food is generally composed of a cover and a container body in which the contents are stored. In order to store the contents for a long time, the sealed container is provided with packing to prevent the inflow and outflow of air. The hermetically sealed container has an elastic material packing interposed between the cover and the container main body, and the inflow and outflow of air can be prevented by the packing.

On the other hand, when a large amount of contents is injected into the closed container, a lot of inconvenience occurs when the cover is detached from the container body. In particular, when the cover is slidably coupled or separated with respect to the container body such as the storage container of Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2015-0030128, the inner circumferential surface 170 provided inside the cover is caught by the contents, It is impossible to slide in the lateral direction. When the sealed container is put into the freezer compartment and the contents (for example, cooked rice) are frozen, the inner circumferential surface 170 of the cover may be caught on the hardened contents. As a result, the cover may not easily slide in the lateral direction.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cover for a hermetically sealed container which can easily slide laterally.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a closed container 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates a state in which a container body 140 and a cover 110 are separated from each other. Fig. 2 is a view illustrating the internal structure of the cover 110 of the hermetic container 100 illustrated in Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which the cover 110 and the container body 140 of the hermetic container 100 illustrated in FIG. 1 are coupled. 4 is a view illustrating an end portion of the second inner rim 122 of the cover 110. As shown in Fig.

1 to 4, a closed container 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a cover 110 and a container body 140. The container body 140 has a constant volume of internal space so that contents (not shown) can be stored in the internal space. The cover 110 can be coupled to and separated from the upper portion of the container body 140. When the cover 110 is coupled to the container body 140, the inner space of the container body 140 is kept sealed by the packing (not shown) coupled to the cover 110.

The container body 140 has a rectangular cross section and has a constant height and has an internal space (not shown). The upper portion of the container body 140 is open and the upper edge of the circumferential surface 141 is provided with an upper edge 142 for engaging with the cover 110. The container body 140 of the closed container 100 according to the present embodiment has four circumferential surfaces 141 and the upper edges 142 formed at the upper end of each circumferential surface 141 have the same shape And size.

The upper edge 142 protrudes outward in the horizontal direction at the upper end of the circumferential surface 141 of the container main body 140. The pressurizing groove 144, the side catching groove 146, And has an engaging projection 148.

The pressing groove 144 is a groove formed at the center of the upper rim 142. When the cover 110 is detached from the container body 140, the pressing protrusion 134 provided in the locking blade 132 of the cover 110 is inserted into the pressing groove 144 and is engaged. As a result, the cover 110 is separated from the container body 140 while the locking blade 132 rotates to lift the cover 110 upward.

The side latching grooves 146 are symmetrically formed on the left and right sides of the pressing grooves 144, respectively, and a part of the upper rim 142 has an open shape. When the cover 110 is lifted up onto the container body 140, the side latching protrusions 116 provided on the inner surface of the cover 110 pass through the side latching grooves 146. When the cover 110 is laterally moved by the rotation of the lock blades 132, the side locking protrusions 116 of the cover 110 are hooked to the lower portion of the upper edge 142, And the side surface is coupled to the container body 110.

The engaging projection 148 is formed to protrude downward from the center of the upper rim 142. The engaging projection 136 of the locking wing 132 is engaged with the engaging projection 148 so that the locking wing 132 is engaged with the container body 140.

An upper portion 150 is protruded from an upper portion of the upper rim 142. When the cover 110 is engaged with the container body 140, the packing coupled to the cover 110 comes into contact with the upper end portion 150. When the cover 110 is coupled to the container body 140, the second inner rim 122 provided inside the cover 110 is located inside the upper portion 150.

The cover 110 engages the container body 140 to seal its open top. The cover 110 has a top surface 112 having a rectangular shape and a circumferential surface 114 protruding downward from an edge of the top surface 112. A side locking protrusion 116 and a rear locking protrusion 118 are provided in the circumferential surface 114.

The side stopper protrusion 116 is engaged with the lower edge of the upper edge 142 by the lateral movement of the cover 110 after passing through the side stopper groove 146 formed in the upper edge 142 of the container main body 140 do.

The rear catch protrusion 118 corresponds to a protrusion formed on a side surface of the circumferential surface 114 of the cover 110 opposite to the locking blade 132. The rear locking protrusion 118 is caught by the upper edge 142 when the cover 110 is engaged with the container body 140 so that the rear surface of the cover 110 132) is coupled to the container main body 140. The container main body 140 is provided with an opening (not shown).

A first inner rim 120 and a second inner rim 122 are formed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential surface 114 of the cover 110. The first inner rim 120 and the second inner rim 122 are formed over the entire circumferential surface 114 of the cover 110 and have a constant height. The first inner rim 120 and the second inner rim 122 are spaced from each other at regular intervals corresponding to the packing grooves 123 into which the packing 160 is inserted.

The second inner rim 122 located inside the first inner rim 120 is located inside the upper end 150 of the container body 140 when the cover 110 is coupled to the container body 140 .

The first inner rim 120 includes a front rim 122c positioned adjacent to the locking wing 132 and a rear rim 122d disposed opposite the front rim 122c and positioned adjacent the rear ridges 118. [ Respectively. 3, the lower end portions of the front rim 122c and the rear rim 122d are located higher than the upper end portion 150 of the container body 140. As shown in Fig. This is because the front rim 122c and the rear rim 122d are caught by the upper end portion 150 or the contents (not shown) inserted into the inside of the container main body 140 in the process of sliding the cover 110 in the lateral direction, As shown in Fig. When the cover 110 is coupled to the container body 140 as described above, the vertical length of the front rim 122c and the rear rim 122d is made higher than that of the upper end 150, It is possible to easily slide in the lateral direction in the process of being coupled to and separated from the main body 140.

Of course, the lower end portions of the front rim 122c and the rear rim 122d may be positioned higher than the upper end portion 150, even in a state in which the cover 110 is lifted up without being coupled to the container main body 140. [

The lower edge of the front rim 122c and the lower edge of the rear rim 122d may have the same height as the upper edge 150 when the cover 110 is coupled to the container body 140. [ The cover 110 of the closed container 100 according to the present embodiment is formed such that the front edge 122c and the rear edge 122d corresponding to a part of the second inner edge 122 are higher than the upper edge 150 The entire second inner rim 122 may be formed to be higher than the upper rim 150.

On one side of the second inner rim 122, a rim 122a is formed. The rim slope portion 122a corresponds to an inclined surface or a sloped surface having a slope formed adjacent to the side surface locking projection 116. [ The slope of the rim slope portion 122a may be formed to be the same or gentler than that of the side slip portion 116a formed in the side slipper 116. This is to prevent the cover 110 from being disturbed by the contents (not shown) as it moves laterally (leftward in FIG. 3) to be separated from the container body 140.

The side catching portion 116a may be formed as an inclined surface having an inclination or an inclined curved surface.

The lower end of the second inner rim 122 is formed with an inclined cutting 122e corresponding to the inclined surface. The oblique cutting 122e corresponds to an inclined or inclined curved surface formed on at least one of the inner end and the outer end of the second inner rim 122. The oblique cutting 122e serves to reduce the coefficient of friction when the cover 110 slides in the lateral direction.

A locking blade 132 is rotatably coupled to one of the circumferential surfaces 114 of the cover 110. The locking wing 132 allows the cover 110 to easily engage and disengage the container body 140. The locking blade 132 has a pressing projection 134, a coupling projection 136, and an inner surface 138.

The pressing protrusion 134 is a bending protrusion formed at the upper end of the locking wing 132. The pressing projection 134 is inserted into the pressing groove 144 formed in the side edge 142 when the cover 110 is detached from the container body 140 so that when the locking blade 132 rotates upward, The rotation of the wing 132 causes the cover 110 to be pushed upward.

The engaging projection 136 is formed symmetrically on both sides of the pressing projection 134 and is engaged with the engaging projection 148 formed on the side surface of the container body 140.

The inner surface 138 of the locking wing 132 urges the upper rim 142 as the cover 110 engages the container body 140 thereby causing the cover 110 to rotate about the rotation of the locking wing 132 Thereby being pulled in the lateral direction.

The structure of the cover 110 and the container body 140 of the closed container 100 according to the present embodiment and the connection and separation thereof are described in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2015-0030128 and International Publication No. WO 2013/109103 And the detailed description thereof will be omitted.

While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. It will be understood that the invention may be varied and varied without departing from the scope of the invention.
