Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a medical instrument for holding a wire pin. More particularly, to a medical instrument used to hold a wire pin in a procedure for inserting a long metal wire pin interconnecting broken bones.
A wide variety of surgical instruments have been used during surgical operations to insert wire pins to interconnect broken bones.
7, after a known Jacobs
Therefore, it is necessary to repeat the operation of loosening and tightening the tightening
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a medical instrument for holding a wire pin which can easily insert or release a wire pin during surgery.
In addition, the present invention includes other objects which are not explicitly described, but can be derived from the constitution of the present invention.
In order to achieve the above object, a medical instrument for holding a wire pin according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body having a first through hole, a cylinder mounted on a first through hole of the body, A center case which is mounted on a second through hole of the cylinder and moves in conjunction with the cylinder and has a third through hole, a front end portion of which is connected to a third through hole of the center case And an elastic member for elastically supporting the cylinder with respect to an inner wall of the first through hole of the body, wherein the elastic member comprises a first through hole which is in contact with the inner wall of the hole and has a fifth through hole penetrated in the longitudinal direction thereof, The cylinder and the center case are moved forward by the rotation of the lever in one direction, and at this time, one end of the insertion case is broken, And the cylinder and the center case are moved backward by the rotation of the lever in the opposite direction so that one end of the insertion case returns to the original state and the holding of the wire pin is released.
A first bearing is interposed between the cylinder and the center case, and one end of the elastic member is supported by the first bearing and the other end is supported by the inner wall of the first through hole of the body.
In addition, at the front end portion of the insertion case, at least one slit is formed in the longitudinal direction so that when the force is applied in the center direction, it is erroneous and when the force is released, it is returned to the original state.
The insertion case has a plurality of balls mounted on a surface of one end thereof, and the plurality of balls contact the inner wall of the center case.
A second bearing is interposed between the inner wall of the body and the outer wall of the insertion case.
In addition, a cone-shaped extension portion having an inner diameter gradually expanded is formed at the tip end portion of the center case, and the plurality of balls contact the extension portion.
Further, a rotary power tool is connected to a rear end portion of the insertion case, and the insertion case and the center case can rotate relative to the cylinder.
Further, the wire pin is inserted through the first through third through holes.
In addition, a groove is formed in the outer wall of the insertion case, a groove is formed in the inner wall of the central case, and a part of the joint pin is inserted into the groove of the insertion case and the groove of the center case, respectively.
According to the present invention, the insertion or release of the wire pin can be simplified in a surgical operation.
Further, the effects of the present invention are not limited to these, and include other effects derived from the detailed description of the present invention described later.
