연질의 시트로 이루어지며 내부에 물건을 수납할 수 있도록 된 수납봉투에 있어서,
상기 수납봉투의 입구부가 개방되어 내부에 물건을 수납할 수 있도록 구비되고,
상기 수납봉투의 전면 또는 후면 중 어느 한쪽에 구비되면서 상기 입구부에서부터 소정의 폭으로 이루어지고 점착성을 갖도록 설치되는 점착성부재, 및
상기 점착성부재의 단부에 소정의 폭과 길이로 연결 구비되면서 상기 수납봉투를 롤링한 후 상기 점착성부재에 부착시켜 그 롤링상태가 풀려지지 않도록 고정하는 점착성밴딩부재를 포함하는 롤링포장 기능을 갖는 수납봉투.
