Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mouse sterilizer using ultraviolet rays,
Cylindrical mouse sterilizer with no bottom surface that covers the mouse.
Using the USB power of the computer, the power is turned ON and OFF through the bottom sensor.
The mouse used in the computer has always been in contact with human hands and exposed to various harmful bacteria.
According to a survey conducted by the Korea Consumer Protection Board in 2010, 690 cfu of bacteria were detected in the fishy mouse and 16% of the mice in the survey were found to be Staphylococcus aureus. It can be seen that general bacterial contamination of the mouse is considerably severe when compared to the toilet (80cfu) and subway handle (86cfu).
The present invention uses a UV-C (253.7 nm) ultraviolet lamp to sterilize the mouse and cover the mouse for convenient use at home, at the office, and at the office.
The present invention attempts to solve the inconvenience that the user must operate the ON / OFF selection switch.
We want to eliminate the inconvenience of opening and sterilizing the lid of the sterilizer by inserting the mouse.
UV-C Because UV rays are harmful to human skin or eyes, we want to prevent the lamp from operating in abnormal conditions.
In order to reduce the cost of product launch, use USB power instead of adapter type computer.
As shown in Fig. 1, by using a cylindrical body having an open bottom, it is possible to sterilize by simply covering the mouse.
There are two contact sensors at the bottom of the main body, so that the lamp is activated only when both contacts are in contact, and goes out after about 5 minutes.
The AC-DC conversion circuit is inserted in the ballast shown in FIG. 2 so that the USB power of the computer can be used.
The present invention is automatically operated when the mouse is covered, and it is conveniently used because it is automatically turned off after about 5 minutes, which is sufficient time for sterilization.
Since the ultraviolet lamp is operated only when the two sensors touching the floor are operated,
There is no possibility that the ultraviolet ray coming out of the lamp is exposed to the skin or eyes.
1 is a perspective view of a main part of the present invention.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
(1) implies that the user is a mouse-related device by using an ABS-shaped top plate reminiscent of a mouse.
(2) is a board that receives power from the USB port of the computer. The direct current output from the USB of the computer is converted to AC, and is connected to the touch sensor of (5), (6), and the ultraviolet lamp of (3). The built-in time position turns off automatically after about 5 minutes after the lamp is turned on.
(3) is an ultraviolet lamp of UV-C wavelength. Ultraviolet rays in the 253.7 nm region are the best wavelengths for sterilization without emitting ozone.
(4) is a cylindrical receptacle made of ABS material. The bottom is open so that the mouse can be conveniently sterilized by covering it on the mouse.
(5) and (6) are contact sensors located at the bottom of (4) and facing the bottom. When both touch sensors (5) and (6) are ON, the lamp (3) lights up. The UV-C wavelength is harmful to the human body, so the user should not lean on the main body to look at the lamp.
1. Upper case reminiscent of a mouse.
2. Ballast with AC / DC converter and auto-off function.
3. Ultraviolet lamp
4. Lower case
5. Contact sensor
6. Contact sensor
