Description

[0001] SKIN MASSAGING APPARATUS [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a skin care device, and more particularly, to a skin care device that stimulates skin through ultrasonic vibration to discharge waste materials contained in the skin to the outside and improve blood circulation.

Recently, a skin massager capable of massaging and cleansing facial skin using ultrasonic vibration and treating obesity in the abdomen has been developed and used.

The skin massager stimulates the skin by transmitting ultrasonic vibration to the skin, thereby discharging the waste contained in the skin to the outside of the skin and helping the circulation of blood smoothly. Such a skin massager usually includes an ultrasonic wave generating member capable of generating ultrasonic vibration, and has a vibration transmitting member for transmitting ultrasonic vibration from the ultrasonic wave generating member to the skin.

Such a skin massager is disclosed in Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0173224 (registered on Dec. 17, 1999). The skin massager is used in a state in which an acupressure cap is put on an ultrasonic vibration source. In this case, the acupressure cap is formed with a large number of small-sized projections for the acupressure on its front surface.

However, when the acupressure cap is used in a state in which the acupressure cap is covered with the ultrasonic vibration source, since the ultrasonic vibration source and the acupressure cap are not integrated with each other, the ultrasonic vibration generated in the ultrasound vibration source is not properly transmitted to the acupressure cap, There is a problem that the effect remarkably deteriorates.

In addition, when the massager is massaged by directly contacting the skin with the ultrasonic vibration source without covering the pressure cap, it is difficult to clean the massage massager because it is difficult to clean the ultrasonic vibration source after use with water. This is because the ultrasonic vibration source is integrally formed in the skin massager, and therefore, when washing with water, there is a problem that water is introduced into the skin massager having various electronic devices vulnerable to water.

Moreover, since the protrusions of the hemispherical shape formed in the cap are not advantageous for removing the waste materials contained in the skin, there is a disadvantage in that the skin wastes removal effect is also insignificant.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a skin care apparatus having a skin contact member and an ultrasonic vibration unit that are integrally modularized to be waterproof, and the vibration module is coupled to the body unit in a detachable manner, There is a purpose.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a skin beauty device in which a vibration module is easily detached and attached to a body part through a magnetic force.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide a skin care device capable of effectively removing waste materials contained in skin as the skin contact protrusions of the skin contact member are cylindrical.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a battery pack comprising: a body portion having a battery capable of supplying power to the inside; And a vibration module detachably coupled to the mounting portion of the body portion, wherein the vibration module includes: a base member coupled to the mounting portion; A skin contact member coupled to the base member; And an ultrasonic generator disposed between the base member and the skin contact member and generating ultrasonic waves by receiving power from the battery, are integrated into a single module.

The vibration module may be detachably coupled to a mounting portion of the body through a magnetic force.

The mounting portion may include a plurality of first magnets, and the base member may include a plurality of second magnets attached to the plurality of first magnets by attraction force, respectively.

The plurality of first magnets may be inserted into the mounting portion, and the plurality of second magnets may protrude from the base member.

The base member may form a coupling protrusion coupled to the coupling groove of the mounting portion, and the coupling protrusion may be formed with a slit into which the guide rib formed in the mounting groove is inserted.

A sealing member may be disposed between the base member and the skin contact member to maintain airtightness.

The ultrasonic wave generator may include a donut-shaped piezoelectric element.

The skin contact member is made of a metal material and may have a plurality of cylindrical skin contact protrusions integrally formed in a concentric manner.

The present invention may further include a charging stand which is seated in such a manner that the body portion can be electrically connected thereto and charges the battery of the body portion through an external power source.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the coupling between the vibration module and the mounting part is performed using magnetic force, the vibration module can be easily mounted and detached, and the vibration module can be firmly attached to the mounting part when mounted.

In addition, since the base member, the skin contact member, and the ultrasonic wave generating unit are composed of a single vibration module, the ultrasonic vibration generated in the ultrasonic wave generating unit can be effectively transmitted to the skin contact protrusion, Waterproof structure.

Furthermore, since the tubular skin contact protrusion exhibits excellent resonance characteristics when ultrasonic vibration is transferred, effective skin massage can be performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Hereinafter, a skin care device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would obscure the invention in unnecessary detail.

Referring to FIG. 1, a skin care device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a charging unit 100 and a massager 200.

Referring to FIG. 2, the charging stand 100 can seat the massage device 200, and a connection port (not shown), to which an external power terminal is connected, is provided in a part thereof. As the connection port, for example, a standard standard such as a USB port is applied.

The charging stand 100 includes a body 110 in which various electronic components (not shown) are housed. The body 110 has a pair of power terminals 133 at one end 130 and a groove at the other end 150.

One end 230 of the massage device 200 is seated in a seating groove 131 formed at one end 130 of the body 110 and a groove formed at the other end 150 of the body 110 151, a part of the vibration module 270 of the massage device 200 is inserted.

Accordingly, when the massage device 200 is not used, the massage device 200 can be placed on the charging device 100 to charge the rechargeable battery (not shown) built in the massage device 200.

3 and 4, the massager 200 includes a body module 210 and a vibration module 270 detachably coupled to the body module 210. [

The body 210 has a pair of power terminals 233 electrically connected to the pair of power terminals 133 of the charging unit 100 at one end 230, A mounting portion 251 on which the mounting portion 270 is mounted is formed.

The mounting portion 251 is pivotally movable as the rear end of the mounting portion 251 is normally hinged inside the one end portion 230 of the body portion 210. This is because the position of the vibration module 270 can be naturally changed in accordance with the bending of the body when the skin massage is performed in a state where the vibration module 270 is mounted on the mounting portion 251.

In this case, the attachment portion 251 is hingedly connected to the one end portion 230 by a predetermined elastic member (for example, a coil spring) so that the attachment portion 251 is elastically supported by the one end portion 230, The position can be returned to the home position.

The mounting portion 251 is formed with a plurality of terminals 215a, 215b, and 215c for applying power to the vibration module 270.

The first and second terminals 215a and 215b of the first to third terminals 215a, 215b and 215c are an anode and the third terminal 215c is a cathode. In this case, the first and second terminals 215a and 25b, which are the positive electrodes, are provided for oscillating the vibration frequencies (first and second vibration frequencies) to the vibration module 270 mounted on the mounting portion 251. For example, the vibration module having the first vibration frequency mounted on the mounting portion 251 has two terminals connected to the first terminal 215a and the third terminal 215c, and the vibration module having the second vibration frequency Has two terminals connected to the second terminal 215b and the third terminal 215c.

Accordingly, the user can selectively attach the vibration module 270 to the mounting portion 251 according to the intensity of the vibration during skin massage.

The mounting portions 251 are provided with first magnets 214a, 214b, 214c, and 214d, respectively, on a plurality of grooves formed on the mounting surface. The plurality of first magnets 214a, 214b, 214c and 214d are mutually attached to the plurality of second magnets 274a, 274b, 274c and 274d (refer to FIG. Accordingly, the user can easily attach and detach the vibration module 270 to the mounting portion 251.

The plurality of first magnets 214a, 214b, 214c, and 214d may be positioned at positions corresponding to respective corners of a virtual quadrangle so that the magnetic force uniformly distributes to the mounting surface of the mount 250.

5 to 7, the vibration module 270 includes a base member 271, a skin contact member 273, and an ultrasonic wave generating unit 278.

The base member 271 has a substantially circular engaging rib 271a protruding rearward and a slit 271b formed in a part of the circular engaging rib 271a. The guide rib 251b formed in the circular coupling groove 251a of the mounting portion 251 is inserted into the slit 271b. The positions of the slits 271b and the guide ribs 251b are set in consideration of mutual attachment positions between the first and second magnets 214a, 214b, 214c, and 214d, 274a, 274b, 274c, and 274d.

The base member 271 is also provided with fourth to sixth terminals 275a, 275b, and 275c to which the first to third terminals 215a, 215b, and 215c are connected to the rear surface 271c. In this case, the fourth to sixth terminals 275a, 275b, and 275c are formed on the rear surface 271c so as to make an accurate connection with the first to third terminals 215a, 215b, and 215c projected from the mounting surface 251c Is disposed in the groove.

The plurality of second magnets 274a, 274b, 274c, and 274d are protruded by a predetermined length from the rear surface 271c. When the vibration module 270 is mounted on the mounting portion 251, the plurality of first magnets 214a and 214b are guided along the plurality of grooves on which the plurality of first magnets 214a, 214b, 214c, and 214d are disposed, , 214c, 214d.

Accordingly, the vibration module 270 is firmly mounted on the mounting portion 251 with a magnetic force acting between the first and second magnets 214a, 214b, 214c, 214d; 274a, 274b, 274c, 274d, 251 can be also easily performed.

The skin contact member 273 is coupled to the front of the base member 271 at the rear side. At this time, a sealing member 277 (for example, O-ring) is disposed between the base member 271 and the skin-contacting member 273 to maintain airtightness.

The skin contact member 273 is made of a metal material and has a skin contact protrusion 273a which is in contact with the skin in front.

The skin contact protrusions 273a are formed in a plurality of cylindrical shapes (for example, a substantially cylindrical shape) which are concentric and overlapping, and protrude at a predetermined height toward the front of the skin contact member 272. [ The tip of the skin contact protrusion 273a contacts the skin and transmits ultrasound vibration.

The height of the skin contact projection 273a is set such that the skin located inside the skin contact projection 273a when the skin is pressed with a predetermined pressure in the state where the tip of the skin contact projection 273a is in contact with the skin, It is sufficient that it does not touch the front surface 273b. This is to allow a predetermined space S so that the pores are not blocked by the front surface 273b when the waste contained in the skin is discharged to the outside of the skin through the pores. Accordingly, the waste matter contained in the skin can be discharged naturally through the pores of the skin by ultrasonic vibration.

In addition, since the tubular skin contact protrusion 273a exhibits excellent resonance characteristics when the ultrasonic vibration is transferred, the skin massage can be effectively performed through the ultrasonic vibration even with the single ultrasonic wave generator 278. [

The ultrasonic wave generator 278 includes a piezoelectric element 278a and an oscillator 278b disposed in a space formed between the base member 271 and the skin contact member 273. [

The rear surface 273c of the skin contact member 273 is flat so as to be in close contact with one surface of the piezoelectric element 278a. In this case, the vibration generated in the ultrasonic wave generator 278 is directly transmitted to the skin contact protrusion 273a.

Since the piezoelectric element 278a is formed in a donut shape having a hole H at its center, when the voltage is applied, the piezoelectric element 278a is elastically deformed in the outer direction of the piezoelectric element 278a and the inner direction of the hole H, It is possible to increase the strength.

The oscillator 278b is in close contact with the rear surface of the piezoelectric element 278a and oscillates by being supplied with power through the fourth to sixth terminals 275a, 275b and 275c.

The skin-beauty device according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured such that the vibration module 270 includes the base member 271, the skin-contact member 273, and the ultrasonic wave generator 278 as a single module, The ultrasonic vibration generated in the part 278 can be effectively transmitted to the skin contact protrusion 273a and the waterproof structure can prevent the water from flowing into the skin contact protrusion 273a even if it is washed with water.

In addition, since the coupling between the vibration module 270 and the mounting portion 251 is performed using magnetic force, the vibration module 270 can be easily mounted and detached, and the vibration module 270 can be firmly fixed to the mounting portion 251 .

Hereinafter, an example in which the skin contact protrusion 273a is formed in various shapes other than a cylindrical shape will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 12. FIG.

8, one of the plurality of skin contact protrusions 373a and 373b is disposed at the center, and a plurality of skin contact protrusions 373b are arranged substantially in the circumferential direction . In this case also, the plurality of skin contact protrusions 373a and 373b are spaced apart from each other to form a predetermined space between the skin contact protrusions 373a and 373b, so that the waste material contained in the skin by the ultrasonic vibration is naturally And may be discharged to the outside of the skin.

Referring to FIG. 9, the plurality of skin contact protrusions 473a and 473b are formed in an approximately elliptic shape, and are arranged in the inside and outside. In this case, each of the skin contact protrusions 473a and 473b is curved so that one end (R1, R2) of contact with the skin has mostly a predetermined curvature. In this case, the plurality of skin contact protrusions 473a and 473b can be massaged in a state in which they are closely attached to the skin along curvature.

Referring to FIG. 10, the single skin contact protrusion 573a has a substantially elongated shape and is curved so that one longitudinal end portion R3 thereof is recessed at a predetermined curvature.

Referring to Fig. 11, the plurality of skin contact protrusions 673a and 673b are formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and are arranged overlapping inward and outward.

Referring to Fig. 12, the plurality of skin contact protrusions 773a and 773b are formed in a substantially hexagonal shape, and are superimposed on and around the skin contact protrusions 773a and 773b.

As described above, according to the present invention, the vibration module 270 including any one of the skin contact protrusions having various shapes according to the massage part can be easily replaced and used. Accordingly, skin massage and cleansing can be performed naturally without the hassle of adjusting the skin-beauty device to a specific angle with respect to various bends depending on the skin massage area.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
