Abstract
The present invention relates to a cushion mat which is excellent in cushioning force and restoring force, is excellent in adhesion to the floor, and is thick and light, and comprises a first cushion pad made up of a plurality of fabric cells, A second cushion pad and a third cushion pad provided on the upper surface of the second cushion pad, and a surface printing layer in the form of a film coated on the upper surface of the second cushion pad and the lower surface of the third cushion pad, respectively. At this time, the second and third cushion pads are further projected outward than the first cushion pads, and the edges of the second and third cushion pads are subjected to high frequency fusion bonding.
Description
The present invention relates to a cushion mat, and more particularly, to a cushion mat which is excellent in cushioning force and restoring force, is excellent in adhesion to the floor, and is thick and light.
Generally, mat is installed in living room, kitchen, veranda etc. for the purpose of insulation and buffering. The mat is made in various sizes, shapes, and materials depending on the purpose of use and installation location. An ordinary mat is a rectangular shape having a constant thickness and is made of polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or the like.
Polyethylene mats are lightweight and inexpensive, but they are poor in cushioning and restoring force, which lowers the merchantability and can not be brought into close contact with the floor, resulting in safety hazards such as slipping. In addition, polyvinyl chloride mats have a relatively good cushioning force compared to polyethylene materials, but they are heavy in weight and expensive to install, transport and store.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a cushion mat which is excellent in cushioning force and restoring force, is excellent in adhesion to the floor, and is thick and light.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cushion mat comprising: a first cushion pad made of a plurality of fabric cells; a second cushion pad and a third cushion pad provided respectively at upper and lower portions of the first cushion pad; The upper surface of the second cushion pad, and the lower surface of the third cushion pad, respectively. At this time, the second and third cushion pads are further projected outward than the first cushion pads, and the edges of the second and third cushion pads are subjected to high frequency fusion bonding.
The fabric cell constituting the first cushion pad is a high density multi-compression plush cotton produced by compressing a cotton pad like a sponge to form a cell. The second cushion pad is a polyvinyl chloride foam, and is foamed to a predetermined thickness on the upper and lower portions of the first cushion pad, and has a constant cushioning force and restoring force.
The present invention constructed as described above is characterized in that a high density multi-compression plush pad is used as a first cushion pad interposed between the second and third cushion pads, so that the cushion force and the restoring force are excellent, It can be effectively absorbed.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the second and third cushion pads are made of polyvinyl chloride, adhesion of the second and third cushion pads to the floor is high, so that a safety accident of children can be prevented. In particular, the use of polyvinyl chloride and fabric cells makes it possible to produce thick, lightweight cushion mats. Therefore, installation, transportation and storage of the cushion mat is very easy.
