Abstract

The present invention relates to a jig apparatus for welding a ball piece of a spherical tank, and more specifically, to a jig apparatus for welding a ball piece of a spherical tank which is configured to perform welding by horizontally maintaining a welding surface on the ground. According to the present invention, the jig apparatus for welding a ball piece of a spherical tank comprises a jig and an angle adjusting measure. The jig may be set by touching a plurality of ball pieces together. Additionally, the angle adjusting measure may adjust the horizontal angle of the jig. Additionally, in the jig apparatus for welding a ball piece of a spherical tank the angle adjusting measure preferably comprises: a base frame; a supporting column; a first cylinder member; and a second cylinder member. The supporting column supports the jig since one end of which is securely combined with the base frame and the other end of which is secured to a hinge combined with the jig. In one side of the supporting column, the first cylinder member is flexible since one end of which is combined with the base frame and the other end of which is combined with the jig. The other side of the second cylinder member is flexible since one end of which is combined with the base frame and the other end of which is combined with the jig. According to the present invention, a pair of ball pieces can be welded on the ground of a place of installation. At this time, ball pieces can be welded by horizontally maintaining the welding surface, thereby facilitating the welding of ball pieces.
