Abstract
A protective plate covering a front surface of a mobile device, which is divided into a screen area formed to display a screen at the center and a non-screen area surrounding the screen, includes a substrate part, a bonding part, and a transparent film part. The substrate portion covers the entire surface. The adhering portion is formed on the back surface included in the non-screen area of the substrate to attach the substrate to the entire surface. The transparent film portion is attached to the inner side of the bonding portion corresponding to the screen region of the substrate portion while having a concave portion formed to be in contact with the screen of the mobile device.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a screen protection plate for a mobile device, and more particularly, to a protection plate for protecting a screen of a mobile device from breakage or scratch by an external impact.
In general, a mobile device refers to a portable information processing device such as a smart phone, a smart pad, a PMP, or a tablet PC. Such a mobile device is frequently used by attaching a protective plate having a predetermined thickness to the screen, because the mobile device may be damaged due to frequent drops or bumps due to its portability, or scratches may occur on the screen.
In connection with such a protective plate, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2009-0013593 discloses a transparent protective plate covering the surface of a liquid crystal screen as a general prior art. Such a protective plate includes a transparent glass plate, a non-screen area And an adhesive portion formed on the opaque portion and formed to adhere to a non-screen area of the mobile device.
However, when the screen of the mobile device is touched by the glass plate, it is necessary that the opaque portion and the adhesive portion of the protective plate form a predetermined spacing space in the screen area of the center portion of the mobile device, A visible moiré phenomenon may occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a protection plate that protects a screen of a mobile device while preventing a moiré phenomenon that spreads from the touch point to the surroundings.

The transparent film portion according to one embodiment may be attached via silicon or acryl.
The substrate portion according to an embodiment may include a transparent glass substrate and a light-scattering film attached to the back surface of the glass substrate to prevent scattering of the glass substrate and having the adhesive portion formed on the back surface thereof.
The substrate portion according to an exemplary embodiment may further include a functional layer formed on one surface of the glass substrate opposite to the scattering-preventing film.
The substrate portion according to an embodiment may further include an opaque portion formed between the glass substrate and the scattering prevention film so as to be included in the non-screen region. At this time, the non-transparent portion may be formed in a larger area than the adhesive portion.
The substrate portion according to another embodiment may include a non-transparent portion formed to be included in the non-screen region of the rear surface of the scattering prevention film, and a resin film having the opaque portion entirely attached to the rear surface of the anti- . At this time, the resin film may be attached through a UV epoxy resin or an optical chemical adhesive (OCA).
