Abstract
The present invention relates to a blade assembly structure formed at the bucket tip of an excavator, and the blade assembly structure of the present invention is constituted at the tip end portion of a bucket and constitutes a blade assembly in which a blade fitting face formed at the rear of the blade is fitted and assembled.
The blade assembly according to the present invention comprises a metal plate body. The blade assembly comprises a support plate fixed to the front of the bottom of the bucket, a blade holder plate fixed to the front upper and lower surfaces of the support plate, and a blade holder between the upper and lower blade holder plates.
A plurality of pin holes corresponding to the fitting surface of the blade and the upper and lower blade holder plates are drilled and the blade assembly pin passing through the pin hole and the spring fixing the blade assembly pin and the lower holder plate constituting the spring seat groove, And can be easily decomposed.
Description
The present invention relates to a bucket blade assembly for an excavator used in various civil engineering construction works.
Excavator buckets are used to perform various kinds of work in civil engineering construction work. Excavation work is performed by using a large number of teeth mounted on the tip of a bucket, and the excavation work is performed. A stationary blade is attached to the tip end of the bucket for use in a stationary work.
The present invention relates to an assembly structure of a blade mounted on a bucket used mainly for a stopping operation.
Conventionally, a bucket having various structures of brakes for stopping work has been known.
Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2008-0041443 "Bucket for excavator" (hereinafter referred to as prior art) is known.
The prior art described above allows the stationary blades to be detachable to the bucket of the excavator.
In the configuration of the prior art described above,
A tooth corresponding to a tooth adapter fixed to a bucket is welded to an inner upper surface of a stationary working blade composed of a steel plate of a predetermined size and the tooth is fastened to an adapter so that a stop working blade can be mounted.
However, such a structure is advantageous in that it can be used for excavation by separating the blade for stopping work and assembling the tooth to the tooth adapter, but its structure is very complicated and difficult to manufacture for the stationary work, Since the tooth adapter is only fastened with the locking pin and the locking washer, noise is generated in the coupling part due to the flow of the blade during the stopping operation, and the blade can not be firmly held.
The present invention is intended to solve the problems of the prior art.
The bucket blade assembly structure according to the present invention is mainly manufactured for a stop work or for transporting clay rocks. The structure of the blade assembly part, which is most affected by the stop operation, is strongly improved to assemble the blade easily, It is a problem to be solved by the present invention to prevent the flow or noise of the blades and facilitate the disassembly and assembly when performing the stop work or various other operations by the assembly structure.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a blade assembly structure formed at a tip end portion of a bucket of an excavator. The blade assembly structure of the present invention includes a blade having a blade insertion surface formed at the tip of the bucket, Assembly.
The blade assembly according to the present invention comprising a metal plate body is constituted by a support plate fixed to the front of the bottom of the bucket, and a blade fitting surface formed between the upper and lower blade holder plates fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the support plate and the upper and lower blade holder plates.
A plurality of pin holes corresponding to each other are formed in the fitting surface of the blade and the upper and lower blade holder plates, a blade assembly pin passing through the pin hole and a spring fixing the blade assembly pin and a lower blade holder plate, It is possible to assemble and simply disassemble it is a problem solution to be solved by the present invention.
According to the present invention constructed as described above, a solid blade assembly is formed by using a metal plate having a predetermined thickness at the tip end portion of a bucket, and the blade fixedly mounted on the blade assembly is secured by a secure support force by an assembly in which the blade is firmly assembled. The efficiency can be improved, and when the blade is worn or damaged, the blade can be simply replaced and used.

The pin fixed by the spring is not easily detached or flowed even when a strong force is applied to the blade, thereby supporting the blade more firmly.
Also, if the blades are broken or worn, the blades can be easily removed because the blades are easily separated by forcibly engaging the blades with the fixing pins. When the blades are formed with the blades of various sizes, blades of various sizes Since the blade assembly composed of the metal plate is fixed to the tip end portion of the bucket, the tip end portion of the bucket which is most likely to come into contact with rocks, stones, You can.
