Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sorting system and a sorting method for recycling fillers, and more particularly, to a sorting system and a sorting method for recycling fillers in which at least two materials are mixed.
In general, artificial turf is artificially formed to have a grass shape by using synthetic fiber as a material, and it is used in soccer field, field hockey field, various indoor interior and leisure facilities because it is easy to manage after construction and is always maintained in green.
Generally, artificial turf includes a carpet type substrate, a grass layer formed on the substrate and having a grass shape, and a filler filled in the grass layer.
The substrate and grass layer are fabricated using thermoplastic chemical fibers as a fibrous structure, wherein the filler comprises a particulate silica sand and an elastic body such as rubber or silicone particles.
Such artificial turf is inevitably replaced due to its longevity due to abrasion and the like after a few years after construction. Accordingly, a method of separating the substrate made of the thermoplastic chemical fiber, the grass layer, and the filler to recycle the artificial turf has been disclosed. Since the separated base material and grass layer are made of chemical fiber, they can be recycled by using heat or the like.
However, in the case of the filler material made of the silica sand and the elastic body, there is a problem that it is difficult to separate the silica sand and the elastic body because they are fine particles even if the particle sizes of the silica sand and the elastic body are different from each other. Further, even if the diatomaceous earth and the elastic body are separated, there is a problem that they are difficult to be recycled unless they are completely separated from each other.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sorting system and a sorting method for recycling fillings, each of which can be separated so as to have a purity of 99% or more, for recycling of a filler material in which at least two materials are mixed.
This object is solved according to the present invention by a sorting system for recycling a filler material in which at least two materials are mixed, comprising: a first sorting device for sorting at least two materials on the basis of a particle size; And a second sorting device for sorting at least two substances having a particle size falling within a predetermined range after the primary sorting on the basis of specific gravity.
The first sorting apparatus includes a screen capable of squeezing a size larger than a predetermined size.
The primary sorting apparatus includes a trommel screen or a vibrating screen.
The second sorting apparatus has a predetermined inclination, the second material having a relatively large specific gravity among the at least two materials has a high inclination, and the first material having a relatively small specific gravity has a low inclination Spiral classifier.
The second sorting apparatus further includes a pressure water supply unit for supplying pressure water so that the second material floats at a position where the inclination of the spiral classifier is low.
The second sorting apparatus further includes a discharge guide for guiding the discharge of the second substance suspended by the pressure water.
The at least two materials include silica sand and an elastic body.
This object is solved according to the present invention by a first sorting step of sorting at least two materials on the basis of a particle size, in a sorting method for recycling a filler material in which at least two materials are mixed; And a second sorting step of sorting at least two materials having a particle size falling within a predetermined range after the primary sorting based on the specific gravity.
The first sorting step includes a step of sieving the first material having a size larger than a predetermined particle size and sorting the first material.
The second sorting step is performed by a spiral classifier having a predetermined inclination, and the second material having a relatively large specific gravity of the at least two materials is a position having a high inclination, and the first material having a relatively small specific gravity has a slope To a low position.
The second sorting step further comprises the step of providing a pressure number such that the second material floats at the lower slope.
The second sorting step further includes discharging the second material suspended by the pressure water through the discharge guide.
The at least two materials include silica sand and an elastic body.
As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a sorting system and a sorting method for recycling fillers, each of which can be separated so as to have a purity of 99% or more for recycling of a filler material in which at least two materials are mixed.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a sorting method for recycling a filler according to an embodiment of the present invention,
FIG. 2 is a front view of a first sorting apparatus included in a sorting system for recycling fillers according to an embodiment of the present invention,
3 is a side view of the first sorting apparatus of FIG. 1,
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a second sorting apparatus included in a sorting system for recycling fillers according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In order to clearly illustrate the present invention, parts not related to the description are omitted, and the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals throughout the specification.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a sorting method for recycling fillers according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The sorting method for recycling a filler material according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first sorting step (S110) of sorting at least two materials on the basis of particle size, And a second sorting step (S120) of sorting at least two materials based on the specific gravity. The first sorting step will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, and the second sorting step will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
The recycling method for recycling the filler material according to an embodiment of the present invention may be such that the purity of each of the two materials is 99% or more so as to recycle the filler material in which at least two materials are mixed. Particularly, the sorting method for the recycling of the filler material is effective for separating the mixed materials in which the specific gravity is different but at least two materials which can be easily separated because the difference in particle size is not large.
Here, the at least two materials may have different specific gravity ranges. For example, the first material may comprise a material having a specific gravity between 1 and 2, preferably between 1 and 1.7, and the second material may have a specific gravity between 2 and 3, preferably between 2.2 and 2.6 Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 > a < / RTI > The at least two materials may have different particle size content ratios. For example, the first material may have a particle size between 0.01 mm and 3 mm, among which the particle size between 1 and 3 mm may be included in the largest proportion, and the second material may also be between 0.01 mm and 3 mm Size, and among them, the particle size between 0.1 and 0.9 mm can be included in the largest proportion.
Particularly, the method for recycling filler material according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that, in order to recycle a filler material mixed with at least two materials, which is filled when artificial turf is applied, And the filler material may include silica sand and an elastic body. The elastic body may include a rubber chip or silicone, and the specific gravity may have a value between 1 and 2, preferably between 1 and 1.7. The sandpaper may have a specific gravity of between 2 and 3, preferably between 2.2 and 2.6. According to the sorting method for recycling the filler material according to the present invention, each of the silica sand and the elastic body can be separated so as to have a purity of 99% or more, so that it is very easy to recycle each of the silica sand and the elastic body.
