Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a content sharing method using a user terminal constituting a content sharing system.
As telecommunication services and multimedia capabilities are strengthened, services utilizing mobile multimedia devices such as smart phones, tablet PCs, and PMPs are being strengthened. In particular, an N-screen technology capable of sharing contents with a plurality of mobile multimedia devices around a home TV is attracting attention. N screen refers to a technology that allows users to enjoy a single piece of content, such as video and music, in multiple multimedia devices continuously.
However, in the conventional technology, only the N screen is designated as the main terminal and the mobile multimedia device is designated as the auxiliary terminal, and only the sharing between the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal is performed. This hinders the use of free N screen among devices, which may cause difficulties in smooth communication between users using different mobile multimedia devices.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system and a method for users to select various multimedia devices including mobile multimedia devices, and to share contents corresponding to user profile information and terminal information.
