Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing or skin elasticity containing ericodic thiol as an active ingredient,

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing or skin elasticity enhancement containing an eriodictyol compound or its salt as an active ingredient.

The outer skin (Epidermis) is functionally divided into the stratum corneum, the transparent layer, the granular layer, and the basal layer from the outside to the inside. The dermis in the inner part is dense connective tissue and the hypodermis inside the dermis It serves to fix the skin to the internal organs. Among them, epidermis is the thinnest layer among the three skin structures, and it is a function to moisturize and protect the skin, and research on skin beauty has been actively carried out.

It has been reported that the skin layer of the epidermis must have an essential moisture content of 10% or more, and the thickness of the stratum corneum varies depending on the content.

The cells that make up this stratum corneum have a high concentration of Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), which is a water-soluble component, which helps the skin to maintain flexibility and maintain proper moisture. For example, The material is not only water-soluble, but also effectively combines with moisture to inhibit moisture from drying out of the skin. However, due to various causes such as age, sex, concrete area, continuous stimulation of the environment, and external stimuli such as increased stress, the moisture of the stratum corneum is decreased and the skin becomes dry, the surface becomes rough, The need for skin moisturizers is increasing.

The major cause of skin aging is known to be influenced by various factors such as the content of various polysaccharides in the skin and the immune action ability to the external environment. One of the major influences is skin moisture content have.

Conventionally, a method of increasing water retention has been widely used by using a humectant having a property of absorbing moisture as a humectant and an occlusive moisturizer preventing evaporation of water. In addition, the formulations containing the lamellar liquid crystals, which have been undergoing much research until recently, are known to have excellent moisture retention due to their similar merits to the keratinous structures of the skin, but they can be manufactured only in a specific composition of the raw materials and thus have problems in universal use.

In the cosmetics industry, technologies featuring skin moisturization are being published through numerous papers and patents, and are being industrialized in a wide variety of products. Generally, a moisturizing function using a natural extract is applied to skin moisturizing cosmetic materials such as cucumber extract, carrot extract, green tea extract, safflower seed extract, marchia extract, ginkgo leaf extract, Cream, essence, packy, etc. are widely available as a product. However, skin moisturizing ingredients using these extracts are mostly extracts rather than a single substance because of their characteristics, so that it is difficult to identify a clear ingredient.

The inventors of the present invention have completed the present invention by confirming that the eriodictol compound is a single substance and has an excellent effect of sustaining skin moisturization.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for enhancing skin moisturization or skin elasticity containing an eriodictyol compound or its salt as an active ingredient.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing or skin elasticity enhancement containing an eriodictyol compound or its salt as an active ingredient, which can increase flexibility and elasticity by continuously maintaining moisture of the skin .

The eriodictyol compound or its salt according to the present invention can be used as a cosmetic composition for improving the elasticity of the skin by continuously maintaining moisture of the skin.

In one embodiment according to the present invention, the composition of the cosmetic composition includes at least one of a skin, a lotion, a cream, an essence, an emulsion, a gel, a lipstick, a cleansing foam, a cleansing cream, a cleansing water, a spray, a shampoo, a rinse, a treatment, a body cleanser, , A pack, a massager, a face powder, a compact, a foundation, a two-way cake, and a makeup base.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following Experimental Examples and Preparation Examples. It should be understood, however, that the same is by way of illustration and example only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[Experimental Example 1] Skin moisturizing effect test of eriodic thiol

A cream and serum containing 0.0006% of powder of pure eriodictyol were made to perform a skin moisturizing test. MY-808S Moisture Checker (Scalar, Japan) was used for the skin moisturizing effect and clinical examination was performed using the inside of the forearm.

In the method of measuring the moisture resistance, the skin moisturizing power before application was checked including the control group, and the skin moisturizing power after 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, and 4 hours after each sample was applied at 0.25 g / cm 2 was measured. The skin moisturizing ability was very sensitive to temperature and humidity, so it was conducted in a constant temperature and humidity room where the temperature was 20 and the humidity was 60%. The subjects were tested in 20 male and 5 female subjects.

[Results of skin moisturizing test using MY-808S Moisture Checker]

First, the results of the first test with the MY-808S Moisture Checker are shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, there was a skin moisturizing effect that was increased to 32.88% after application to a skin having a skin moisturizing power of 29.52% before application in a cream containing 0.0006% pure eriodictyol single powder, As a result, it was found that the skin moisturizing effect after 4 hours was maintained almost the same level as that after wearing.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, in the serum containing 0.0006% of pure eriodictyol single powder, skin moisturizing effect was increased to 30.5%, and then to 33.54% The skin moisturizing effect was confirmed to maintain the skin moisturizing effect after the lapse of 4 hours to almost the same level.

The reason is that the eriodic thiol covers the surface of the stratum corneum to prevent the loss of moisture of the skin, and it is interpreted that the moisturizing effect is maintained due to the holding effect of the skin moisture.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, there was a higher moisturizing effect in a serum containing 0.0006% of pure erythrodithiol single powder than cream containing 0.0006% of pure erioidic eriodictyol single powder.
